So here's my honest take on Sezzy Timer. I've tested a bunch of workout timer apps and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The visual and audio cues are super helpful in keeping you on track during your workouts, and the variety of preset timers is pretty impressive. It's not the most feature-rich app out there, but it gets the basics right. The only real downsides are the occasional ads and the somewhat limited music selection. But if you're just looking for a reliable, no-frills timer to guide your workouts, Sezzy Timer is a pretty solid choice.

Description

I’ve been using Sezzy Timer for a couple months now. It’s basically a workout timer app that gives you visual and audio cues to guide you through your workouts. Pretty solid app if you’re into fitness and need something to keep you on track.

Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of pre-set timers for different types of workouts like HIIT, Pilates, and cardio. You just pick the one you want and it’ll walk you through the intervals, sets, and exercises with a timer on the screen. It’s got some nice audio cues too that tell you when to switch exercises or take a rest. Took me a while to figure out all the different timer options but they’re pretty useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re into fitness apps and want something to keep your workouts structured, you’ll probably like Sezzy Timer. It’s not perfect – the music selection is a bit limited and the ads can get a little annoying. But overall it does a solid job at what it’s supposed to do. Worth checking out if you need a good workout timer.
