I wasn't pleased with the hidden contract fees, you have to pay to cancel your subscription. Now I cant even interact with the app, it loads in and nothing works, so im paying a sub for 6 months that stopped working and Im only in the first month. I enjoyed being able to keep track of my health, food intake, and water, but.its not worth the price imo.

Yes it gives you different things to try like the videos, and it does modify things. but the price is a lot and if you go with the commitment period and you want to cancel or change it you either need to wait till the end of your commitment period or pay $50 to cancel. I also didn't find it effective when it came to helping you positively track things, if something didn't meet a certain criteria it automatically went into the yellow and told you you stalled your weight-loss.

has potential, but not there yet. Doesn't allow you to edit your nutritional goals, the Avo "coach" gives you different goals that the nutritional info is set for. you also cant edit when you started your fast if you forgot to hit the "start fast" button when you actually start. good motivational stuff, good info, but needs some tweaks to actually function in the real world

It's intermittent fasting and a series of Pilates exercises, It's not bad in and of itself. I signed up for a 6 month plan and after about a month I realized I didn't care for it. I could never figure out how to put in serving sizes of the foods I was eating. I tried to be accurate about foods I ate and qty's but it never accurately displayed my amounts. Anyway, I decided to cancel before the first month was up. To do so I had to pay $29.99 to cancel to get out of the contract. Just be aware.

I feel duped! I saw ads about the app, along with the 1st month being discounted to $12, so I thought I'd give it a go. Figured if I liked it I would continue, if not I'd cancel.. Nowhere did I see that there was a "6 month commitment" ANYWHERE. Work has been too busy to keep up with the app on weekdays, so I hadn't really been using it & decided to cancel my subscription so I wasn't paying for nothing. Then I see I have to pay $30 to cancel, or keep for 6 months.. What a scam!!

Did not know that this was a fasting program. Nowhere did it say that when answering all the questions. Plus it's very unclear about the costs. Had to dig through to find out about the monthly costs. It wanted me to pick an exercise program without seeing all the exercises. I picked one and I am unable to change it. Didn't know it had exercises that I can't do because of my disability. So far very unhappy and the AI coach is really just programmed responses.

it's mainly a glorified fasting timer. the exercises were better initially, but they recently changed. Now mixed into the workouts will be a new exercise, but only on one side. It never has you do the other side. tbh, I forgot about my subscription because this wasn't anything major. a $60 charge sure made me remember, but I immediately started having problems trying to manage my subscription in the app. any service that makes you fight to unsubscribe is a scam

This app is great for tracking the amount of grams of protein, fat, and carbs you're ingesting. I wish you could change your workout program, because I don't like the one I'm in so I go to the gym and ignore that every day. I have lost weight using this. it is a pretty decent way to stay motivated. There are some aspects of the celebration of milestones like drinking 8 ounces of water that are kind of annoying. whatever that furry green thing is needs to go and you need a way to advance levels.

Not a great app, it has a lot of potential features that don't work (no way to attach a fitness tracker or even add steps manually, it has a coached workout it doesn't log as activity, it starts a fast interval at the start time of the last meal, and buzzes a lot while "calibrating" who knows what). pitched as a walking plan but is just IF. no idea how it estimates portions in the meal log, and hydration is limited to set amounts. I plan to cancel and wish I had tried a shorter interval first.

I am debating on deleting this app now. I have been doing my daily check-ins everyday, but I keep losing my streak, and losing chat conversation. The chat also doesn't keep a regular date on each conversation. I can't add an entire recipe then tell how much I ate of that recipe. There needs to be a way to add a recipe to get the nutritional value, then log how much of that recipe was eaten. The app keeps saying to log amounts, but there isn't an actual way without way too much math.

Overall I do like the app. It's easy to use and has helped a lot with my health and fitness journey. Although, I wish that we could change the log of fasting times when the app makes an error and doesn't record it. I have a flipped schedule so my life doesn't revolve around the typical 9 to 5. That seems to confuse the app a lot. Also, I wish we had more capability to edit the drinks we log like we are with food.

terrible app with all their glitches and not being as advertised! workouts are good but all they focus on is how much you didn't eat for the day. I thought i was getting an app with complex workouts and meal plans and all I got was an AI chat bot and intermittent fasting 😑. Worst part of it all was a $30 cancelation fee that I had to pay just to ensure I wasn't charged again throughout my initial "commitment plan." Hope the FTC checks out this scammy app.

I find if I forget to record my fast when I start, & try & log it the next morning, it then deletes my previous entry for dinner the night before & breakfast this morning. I've tried entering them in several times & it just keeps deleting them. Plus it keeps saying my homemade items are high sodium when I don't add much salt. Not a fan of the food rating system. I'd rather pick items from a database & track my calories & macros. So I find myself using the LoseIt app for that. Frustrating.

The Simple app was okay. Pretty good for reminders for water and minimal exercise, but the main part of the app is for fasting, which I was not aware of or have any use of. The food tracking is easy but after a few weeks, I decided it wasn't something I would use. I canceled my trial but was charged. I emailed them (per the review response)and was pleasantly surprised they refunded me. Be aware of what you are clicking on in terms of what you want from the app.The people in support were awesome!

So far I really like this mostly for the food logging. It does make it more simple than most. My only issue is my app doesn't have anything in the settings to switch to a manual fast or no fast day. I did reach out to support and she said she submitted a ticket for me. However, it's frustrating trying to locate something the app gives you steps to locate and you have to prove its not there by sending screenshots.

I have tried several other weightloss apps and I am really enjoying this one. The cost is low which is always nice and makes it easier to try something new. I appreciate that this app focuses intermittent fasting, making good choices and encouragement rather than tracking calories. I haven't tried intermittent fasting before but it's been totally doable (I start around 6:30pm after dinner and then eat lunch). I've lost a good amount of weight in a month without tracking any calories.

USES FASTING AS IT'S PRIMARY WEIGHT LOSS TECHNIQUE I got this app after seeing a few ads and paid the $15 for 1 month (which has to be canceled thru email). What they don't tell you in the ads, description, or reviews is that it wants you to fast! I hate that. I felt lied to. The nutrition score wasn't that accurate. However, the food suggestions were nice (but you have to use the AI chatbot to get them). I did not use the app for exercise but it looked good and well-tailored.

The app helps with accountability, can definitely give you motivation & support. I've struggled with weight for a long time even though it doesn't show due to my height. Now I know when I'm dropping weight and why I'm dropping weight, which helps with my anxiety towards sickness. I give this app a 4 with some time it could get better. My only issue was the sign up. A lot more expensive even though everything was saying discount. It moved to the original Price. Not fun!

The app makes you feel guilty for eating ANY food and makes assumptions about food that you haven't reported (i.e. saying "choose a lower calorie sauce" when you never added sauce to your sandwich). There's also no way to pause a fast when you're feeling sick or planning weekend breaks. I'm also frustrated that the app criticized me for gaining less than a pound that first week instead of providing any sort of information on weight fluctuation or encouragement to stay on track.

Not worth the cost. I can do everything the app does by using free videos online or the features that are already on my phone. Fasting is the main component of the app. The exercises are easy to follow but, again, I can find them online for free. I had a major shift in my schedule so I havent had time to use the app in over a month. But in order for me to cancel my membership it's going to cost me $30 vs the $15 for one final month. Absolutely scammy and waste of money.
