Been using Simple Workout Log PRO Key for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you track your workouts and progress. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness and health stuff.
Here’s what you do – you can log your exercises, sets, reps, and weight. And there’s also a neat feature that lets you see your trends over time. And you can join a community and compete with friends, which is pretty cool. Took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into fitness tracking apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to get a bit more serious about your workouts.
