me and my husband are locals and this was our first time coming to slim chickens and the experience couldn't be BETTER. The employees are super friendly and special thanks to annabel for the extra help and best customer service experience.. definitely coming back
App charges a service fee and asks way too many questions to sign up. never seen such a thing on other food ordering apps.
Cane's is better. They are so inconsistent/stingy with the fries. If I'm paying $17 for a fast food meal you can at least give me more than a 2 year olds portion of fries.
Food was great, especially for the grand opening. Prices are fair and the customer service is amazing, especially Graciela who was super welcoming. The fried mushrooms were some of the best I've had and the chicken is juicy and well seasoned. I will definitely be back
Great place if you like chicken. Crispy, fresh, and plenty of meat. Also has a section for dog lovers. Pet friendly but separate from the main lobby for those who do not want to mingle with dogs while eating. Definitely recommend this place.
Cannot sign in. I have tons of rewards i cannot access nor add to. Says my email is connected. Will not send a reset password link....ugh. frustrating.
Prices are too high, stingy with rewards, lack of options like getting the meal without a drink or replacing toast with fries, also the tenders are tiny. Food is good atleast but not worth the price. Popeyes is better.
App doesn't work half the time. Forgot my password. Simply tried to reset it. Reset email wouldn't send. I went through all of the troubleshooting, still nothing. Could've just gone and waited in line with the time I spent trying to use the app.
I enjoy the app, but for years now I have been unable to keep credit card info saved. Every time I have to re-enter it bc it says the credit card saved is invalid. I've added different credit cards and nothing works. very inconvenient
the app works wonderfully has many choices and easy to use but if you decide to go with the delivery option you can expect something to be missing in you're order. you could be missing your sauce you're drink or any sides you put on there for example getting extra fries.
