App does not work. I was unable to make outbound calls, even after paying an extra $10 for extra outbound calls/texts. I emailed Customer Service twice and didn't receive a response. Beware!
Seems like a cash grab! I had 8 dollars and change balance but software went blank when trying to make a call. I contacted customer support. Next thing I know account balance, phone number and subscription all vanished!
Fantastic customer service! I used this app for a second number on my business phone so I can have my personal number with me. It's so intuitive. The app works so well. I did not realize you had to pay the credits for outgoing calls and texts. However, overtime this me have me choose a different app or carrier but for now it's been great.
trying to use this app but I can't get past the area code screen, and no I'm not paying.
This is a good app but needs lots of upgrade. when a calls comes through , it would not pop up from background. Call logs is not always updated. You cannot call directly call back a missed call numbers from call log. All these needs to be fixed.
Signed up for a trial subscription. Went to renew but barely missed the cutoff time. I asked support if they could revive my number. No response. 8 days later, slynumber charged my credit card. Emailed slynumber twice requesting a refund or to revive my number. No response. Left a voice mail with mobile-sphere. No response. Successfully disputed charge with credit card company. 84 days later, they billed my card again! Will dispute the charge again and have bank prevent future billings.
my experience was a terrible one, I was charged every time someone called me on my sly number. When I decided to cancel my subscription I was still being charged even though I did not have an account with Sly anymore, trying to resolve the issue with Sly for charging me even though my account with Sly was cancelled was impossible because I could not speak to anyone contact was only through chat or email and even though sly agreed that I do not have an account with them they continued to charge m
I subscribed to the service under the impression that it worked with WhatsApp, but I later found that this was not the case. I requested a refund within an hour, as their policy states refunds are available within 24 hours. However, I received a response three days later stating that I was not eligible. I recommend reviewing other customer experiences before subscribing to ensure it meets your expectations.
Utter garbage. Paid the 8.99, waste of money. Has a search bar for messages, that doesn't search messages! Will only locate a contact name. Useless. Could have hundreds of customers and need to locate their address or any other pertinent info within messages, and can't do it. Again useless. Waste of money but won't get anymore.
I wish I could give less than 1 star. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. It hasn't worked correctly from the start. Can't answer incoming calls, and their customer service makes Xfinity look excellent. When I did make calls the sound clarity was so poor, that I couldn't understand the person on the other end. I asked for a refund and they said I could cancel service, but they will only refund within the first 24 hours after sign up. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎!
