Reviews for Sobriety Counter -EasyQuit pro

Great and SIMPLE app, does what it says with a little extra, too, and not too much BS and clutter. Well worth the few bucks to support the creator. Recovery is hard, and this app has been helpful more than once when a big craving strikes: I just look at that sobriety counter and it makes it much harder to throw that streak away. (115 days and counting)

The app helps keep track of your progress to keep you on track with your goals. The journal entries and the game help immensely when times are getting tough. And the health monitor encourages you to keep with it as the visuals show your body recovering while giving helpful, positive information about every aspect that matters. Thanks to the developers. I'm getting my life back! Future integration with smart watches or other devices would be a powerful add-on.

Would be nice to add pictures. I've had this app for years and that is my down side. I want to put my accomplishments of being sober and my down falls when I'm not to remember why I'm doing this and to stay on track. Now it's $7.99. If I didn't have this app for a long time I'd not purchase the app but I have used this to jot my feelings and reasons for or for not drinking and I can't see them with out paying. Not one of my years of notes is in the app after I purchased this. Zero *

Pretty good app. Has lots of different things to help quit drinking such as quitting slowly with a drinks tracker, health advice, trigger tracker. But even with the paid version, it pops up with annoying ads to rate the app nearly every time you open it. For this I give it 4 stars. No paid app should be this annoying.

I love the "Total Health" tracker that shows how alcohol & the lack of it affect different areas of your health. I also love that the app tracks how much money I'm saving by not drinking & that I can create my own motivational sayings that resonate with me personally. It's colorful & very easy to use. Overall a fantastic tool for my sobriety journey.

Knowing the benefits of my not drinking has made a world of difference in recognising them. Whilst not the most feature filled app ever it does exactly what it says it'll do in a striking and 'gamerfied' way. Just wish you'd pushed the Pro version harder as I didn't even notice it and frankly £6 is a tenth of what I've saved using the app lol

I paid for the ad-free version and it's really worth it. I love the multiple angles the app takes to supporting your alcohol choices: educational, analytical, motivational, reflective. If you're serious about changing your relationship with alcohol, there's something here to help you. Excellent app!

I did the paid version (no ads) which isn't too much and worth it because the ads were hindering me. I like this ad because it's simple and straightforward. I like that it explains how my health improves with no alcohol. The rewards are nice because it keeps me motivated.

The app is great, Especially the health benefits, they work on a similar psychological level as the Duolingo streak I noticed. You should make a widget where it shows days and time remaining to the next health benefit as an xp bar, that would be really powerful. UI is hard to get used to, I would prefer I would toggle on and off specific squares to have only useful information to me

Very good app. They have tried hard to insert motivation (medals for days of abstinance, timers showing improvements to liver, skin mind etc); support for lapses; reducing rather than quitting and, albeit a bit feeble, a means for dealing with cravings (to be fair, I could not have come up with anything better). Personally I would prefer a less cutesy cartoon look as is at odds with the apps purpose, perhaps a more grown up look (but then I'm not a 21 y/o!) or alternative skin.

If you are quitting drinking for health reasons, this app is AMAZING. It motivates you with showing you how your body is progressing, in healing different areas of your health, through your sober journey. Seeing each day, how much closer the varying areas of my health, were to reaching 100% health.... It really kept me wanting to push ahead, and stay on course. 🫶

After using the free version for about a year, I just switched to the premium version. This was mostly due to the makers of the app taking the relapse assistant away from the free version. I just relapsed and wanted to record it. Go figure that in the premium version I can't get the relapse assistant to work. It won't reset my sober time or log the relapse. Really!? So I paid to have a feature back that was once apart of the free version and that feature doesn't even work! What a waste of money.

I've just started using this app and finding it really positive in my decision to quit drinking and hopefully for good. This app is easy to use, but I found the ads painful and annoying, so I upgraded to premium. I thought I had lost my current achievement, which wasn't even 1 day, so i was disappointed but glad that I didn't wait. But i found i didn't, I just needed to change the hour section in the settings on the day i quit, then all my previous information was there. Goodluck on your journey.

This is one of the only paid apps I don't regret purchasing, and will recommend it to anyone who is struggling. If AA isn't for you, this is a great way to get a similar feeling of achievement with each badge that passes. The variety of features is really helpful, like the ability to go back and see patterns in your triggers. I wish there were more game styles for urges/distractions, but aside from that it's well done and simple, easy to use. Thank you & great job to the development team!

I never leave reviews on apps I use, I think people should try them and decide for themselves, but this app is incredible and well worth paying for it. I don't think I would've been able to stop drinking without it. The reminders and achievements really help me to keep going. Being able to record my cravings and knowing what triggers is so useful. If I could give this 10 stars, I would! I can't recommend this enough. Thanks to the developers!

Great app with some improvements that can be made. Namely the feedback option, which opens a share option to other app on your phone, but doesn't actually share with the developer. I have ideas that I'd like to share, but I can't even report an error! My main suggestion is to get the day count to show different units of time? I'd love to see my total time in hours, minutes, or seconds, or even years displayed as a decimal (for example, you've been sober for 0.18 years) Thanks for the app!

I found all of the features in this app to be extremely useful. I like seeing how much lifetime I've regained and money I've saved. I know how I feel, but having some straightforward stats that represent the tangibles of sobriety help to see the progress. I used the free version of this app for over 2 years. I just recently purchased the ad-free version of the app after realizing how long and how often I use it. The ads were so unobtrusive in the free version that I didnt even notice them.

This app is good enough that I paid for the pro version to get rid of ads. However, I wish the reward system was set up better. I'd prefer if there was a total saved maybe at the bottom but I'd like to see a breakdown on how I treated myself and how I've saved toward the current treat. Adding another treat and renaming it doesn't help me know how I'm doing. Otherwise I like the reminders and the badges.

I had an issue with the switch from the free version (lots of ads) to the Pro version. I didn't realize they were separate downloads. wrote the app's Developer who was speedy to respond. I especially appreciate the body's repair counters. It is startling to see the enduring effects alcohol has on the body, conversely, it is also very motivating to quit alcohol for good.

great way to stay accountable. If you like food and exercise trackers, this is a similar concept, but with some extra motivation and avoidance tools. little mini goals help you stay focused on being alcohol free, and having your own reminders really builds self confidence. i love the health achievements, i just wish there were more of them so you didn't see the same ones all the time... but the progress meters really show you what you're working for.
