Reviews for Soluna: Mental Health Care

From what I can tell, it has really good bones but consistently crashes when I try and select certain values like honesty. It's probably just a thing in the coding, but I'll definitely keep it for the noise therapy. I really want to do the part pertaining to values though

It's super helpful but one thing I noticed is that one of the therapists accidently clicked on my appointment early and then left so now it says I've used today's chat when I haven't and it won't let me schedule my next appointment which is frustrating as I need to ensure I have a schedule going and I talk to the right people in order to get better

Some of the people who created this app and showed up at my school, they showed me how to use it and a few other things, once you are able to get past the birthday thing(which you can just do a random b-day) its really helpful they even have little entertaining and calming quizzes and polls, and the best part is the coaches. If you don't feel comfortable being on a call with someone you can talk to a coach about anything you feel it's very nice and you have 45 minutes to chat so it's nice

Amazingggg!! it's more helpful than invasive therapists! this app has my whole heart it's truly amazing andd......FREEE!!!(unlike in person therapy)

app keeps crashing and won't even log me in!

the commercial on Hulu was very misleading because they didn't mention that this app is only meant for 13 through 25 year old people. made me feel very bad reading I'm out of their age range and gave me a suicide number line and other resources in case I need mental help. I felt that was very insensitive that is the reason why I gave it one star.

This app has a really friendly environment where I can relate to other people's problems through their posts and know that I'm not alone.

I really enjoy this app because I'm a little too nervous to talk to a therapist but the other tools help calm me down. The forums are also cool because it's like a safer version of social media where you can anonymously share your issues and get advice.

This is targeted at younger people because they think it is easier to scam you. it also steals your personal information; don't install. Not sure why Google hasn't blocked this application - it clearly looks illegal.

Unlike many other apps I've tried, Soluna has actually been helping me get better, and it makes me actually want to be better. I definitely recommend it if you need some help. It seems a bit complicated at first but it's very nice once you get it❤️

App is pretty useless, no ACTIONABLE advice, and the app is BUGGY. Constantly freezes/crashes

i like this! however my first time talking to a mental health coach was good, but the "send" button wasn't working, and took multiple errors and tapping for it to send a single message, which was a problem, fix this please, also add a way to search a health coach by their name! :D

I love the app, I love the activities you can do, how you can post things and how it's anonymous. I wish it didn't take a long time for your post/response to go live and also that if you post it late at night it won't get posted until like 10 in the morning the next day. but overall I do like the app.

I enjoy the app so far with the ability for others to put their inputs about situations. I'm happy to find a place where people can relate to me and vice versa. However, I'm rather a little sad to know that I can't respond to others' responses on my own post, and the inability to create new friends within the app.

This app was recommended to me at what seemingly was the perfect time. It's no replacement for therapy, but it's a nice place to be compared to scrolling or reading.

Soluna has been very helpful to me. The resources and stuff available to you is amazing. The coaches are amazing. I recommend it to anyone struggling! 🤘🏼

Soluna is great, especially considering it's completely free. Personally, the anonymity has helped me feel a lot more comfortable and safer to make a post or talk to a counselor. Speaking of which, the latter has helped me a ton. With only 1/4 bad experiences so far, I'm glad I have a trusty resource to go to

it's okay so far, though I would suggest adding emotions with short definitions on the mood meter to really put a name to the feelings rather than having them float nebulously. I definitely love the slider! it makes it easier to figure out where I'm in my mood. I just wished I had an emotion to connect it to. Currently, I use both the mood meter and I search up a feelings wheel on google.

Pretty decent app and all and seems to check all the boxes but like...I can't be the only one who will be mid chat and suddenly the messages won't send unless I wait a lil too long for the message to send or I close the app (+force stop & clear cache) and like even then it just does the same thing just moments later! It really sucks..I just wanna talk with ease and get things off my chest as quickly as possible so I can get help.

Soluna has no box checking, no transactions, plenty of activities and tools for you to pick from, and non-mandatory daily check-ins I find particularly helpful. But I think by far the most important feature they have is the forum, though I unfortunately think it could be made better. The anonymity is great and I WOULDN'T change it but I think the lack of access to individuality and identification makes connections & community hard to form, something we chronically lack and need. I have ideas.
