I run this on a Samsung Tab 2 tablet and it is dependable and easy to use. Download Dropbox and you can run this across many devices! Love love love this app!! I have about 500 songs working in it with "Performance Ready" around 200 songs. 10-26-2019 Update! This app is still SO dependable! It is still the best!!!

I use it weekly and have it on both my tablet and phone, it works absolutely fine on my tablet. But recently it's stopped working in my phone, it's glitching, won't sync with Dropbox and crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but it's still having the same problem.

5 years later.. Still an amazing app. It works BETTER than expected. Got me through few phones, computers, OS updates. Thank you very much for one of the best apps in existence. Very VERY good app. The synchronization with Dropbox is genius and works flawlessly. The only reason for 4 (and not 5) stars, is that the autoscroll feature does not work at all. Please fix it, Christian. :)

I've been using this app for a number of years now. I have it on my Android phone and my Ipro tablet. This app is great, I have all my music in one place and it's very convenient and easy to use. However the 1 problem I have found is when I add a song & I'm setting the time of the song, it always changes the time I have set on other songs. So when I switch to another song & hit scroll, it will be in the time of the last song I saved instead of the time I had previously set it at. Help please

Latest update broke the search function. I've been using this app in a stage situation for the past 6 years, and whatever happened in the latest update made it completely unusable. I can search for a song and then after going back to the search box, everything is empty until you exit and relaunch the app. Developersplease address this issue! I've purchased this app on windows, iOS and Android.

I've been using songbook with my band. The dropsync feature is great for sharing songs with band members. I make a change or add new song, dropsync it and other band members download it from dropbox and presto! We're all reading the same song! One improvement I would offer is ability to change font colors for diff erent singers so each singer would know what part is theirs to sing by the color of the font. All in all its a great app for musicians.

I've been using this app for leading worship in churches for well over a decade (8.4" tablet and bluetooth pedal). Both on Windows and on Android. A couple of times I have come across issues and the developer has been very responsive to fix them. The sync between windows and Android using OneDrive or Dropbox works really well. Chordpro file format is the best file format.

Good prog. I only use the APK and It works OK. I would like to see some better implementation of RTL languages like Hebrew and Arabic. With these, editing is pretty cumbersome on my Android at the time. Also the import of files from the Internet would profit greatly from automatic recognition and adaptation of the chords (adding brackets). Thanks for this useful software. Blessings.

App is really great. I would recommend it to all. I think, it will serve most of the musicians. What I am personally missing is showing two rows of chord when using CAPO. We use it as a Band, we have screens that looks like monitors and we see text, chords and all what we need. In some songs, guitar player uses CAPO and that way he is holding "different" chords than rest of the band. Those chords is not possible to see and we need to go around it with notes, etc. It would be nice option to have

Brilliant. I've been using it for years, and it is my primary songwriting tool. I use it on my Android phone, , iPad, and PC, and sync with Dropbox. Five years later after my previous review - still use it every day for songwriting and performing. Now linking to OneDrive and using it on my Android phone, PC, and a Chromebook. I wish the printing capabilities from the PC version were more substantial, but Songsheet Generator from 'Ten by Ten' Software does the trick.

Brilliant. spent months creating my own song book and this does it all in seconds plus adds loads of features. I can't rate it highly enough. It shows chords for lots of instruments, so much so that I'm thinking of getting a banjo as my guitar songs will be converted instantly. Fantastic. Note that it is a tool to make your own songbook, there are no songs in the app itself but it's really easy to import from various sources. Andreas who created it is really helpful, don't heed the bad reviews.

I have been using this application for many years. It is robust and reliable. Easy to use. Easy to change settings for font sizes, colours, etc. I have it installed on 3 devices, and the synchronisation feature via my Google drive works a dream. Easy to share songs and playlists via email. I can't recommend it high enough. Absolutely brilliant app.

I am impressed with this app! I use Notepad on a win7 pc to get the song lyrics in the .pro format, then upload to my tablet & phone along with an mp3 file. Works perfect! Have over 40 songs loaded now. Emailed the developer a few times and they got back to me within a few hours. Very good responses and answered all my questions. Update: Have about 120 songs loaded now and 100 backing tracks. Found one issue and the developer fixed it promptly and followed up with me to make sure the issue was fixed!

Integral instrument! I use this app for three bands and personal songs, hundreds of song files, 5+ years of use. The organizing tools work great for this (categories, playlists), and the Dropbox sync is flawless, keeping my phone and three tablets current. Love having original song recordings linked to each file for rehearsing; tempo; transposition, etc. 10 stars! Author has been very responsive, even to sometimes ignorant questions. App also runs on Chromebook, with a few hiccups here and there

THE ABSOLUTE BEST SONG WRITING APP I'VE EVER OWN. I had this app for longer than 7 years. I have personally written well over 50 songs using SongBook. It's easy to use. You can add chords, titles, and of coarse lyrics. And most of all, the app can scroll the lyrics while you play. This app is a gift for songwriters, on the go artists, musicians, and many of us closet songwriters/musicians. It has surely helped me to develop my songwriting and musician skills. It's become my life passion.

Wanted a simple song organizer to easily access PDF's of song lyrics I have created. I just bought a new Chromebook so it is running that OS. I cant get the app to respond to anything. I don't download chord chart from the internet and don't need that. Don't need transposing features either - I've been playing 55 years. Can't find menus to import, add, or anything for all practical purposes. As a professional musician I am very dissatisfied and may have to find an alternative. I

I've been using this app for years. First on the iOS, and now I have my account linked to both my Android phone and iPad. I've got a couple hundred songs I've added. I like I can change it to be more readable. I really like the customizations, and the auto-scrolling and pauses you can add. Plus tabs! I really like it.

Works pretty well. I've been using it for about 3 years for live performances. It works well with Air Turn bluetooth pedal. Sometimes it shuts down when sorting songs on a playlist and sorting a list and deleting a song can be a little annoying since you have to toggle a deleting setting and sort setting. Other than that, pretty good. It's never failed me at a gig.

This app has made my life in a oldies tribute band SOO much easier. The only thing I would change it connectability. Make it easier to send setlists/Playlists back and forth with other people that share the app, or just make it more user friendly. I'm still young-ish (in my 30s), but being in a 50s 60s band, the other guys are in their 60s, almost 70. They don't like technology that is difficult to navigate. Other than that, I LOVE this app!
