I have eaten here twice and servers are always great and friendly. Food was great Sonny's fashion!!
We live in a neighborhood that has a different barbecue restaurant at the entrance of it, but instead of going there we travel 10 miles (most of it up an interstate) to the Sonny's in our town as we t.hink so much more of Sonny's. We've never had a complaint on anything in all the years of attending Sonny's. It is always great, along with the great service. it's just a little cold in the place so we always take a sweater and we're fine.

Sonny's is really good. Smoked wings are great with no sauce, and the baked beans are really good.
The only problem I have with the app is the credit card information. My husband and I have a joint account for our credit card but each of the cards have different numbers. We each have the app and we put our card info on our accounts. When I tried to add his card number to mine, it wouldn't let me add it because it was on his app. Not sure if one of us needs to close our account or what.
Had a technical issue with the app where it wouldn't let me add a promo. Even sent screenshots for proof and technical support and told me nothing was wrong with the app. That it did what it was supposed to. So I will not be using this app anymore due to safety concerns. I've never had such difficulties dealing with technical issues with customer service in my life. Do better sonny's.
I Love their pulled pork sandwich. !! My brother likes very few restaurants and had not been to Sonny's in Starke in a few years. I ordered dinner from there w/o telling him and he is in Love with this place now.
Baby back ribs are always so good! This is the place to go to for friendly customer service, great atmosphere, and great food no matter what you order!
No deals and did not get the $5 off promised by the ads. Also does not give you any rewards points unless you register a credit card. Takes $500 to get a free sandwich too.
The rewards aren't redeemable anymore, super aggravating! No matter how many ways I've attempted to edit things to redeem rewards, the system says that the item isn't added and can't be redeemed!! When I attempt to redeem in the store,depends on what manager is working, whether or not they'll comp it and apologize for the inconvenience. I hate that the employees have no access to assist customers..UGH!!!
logged on and signed up way b4 my birthday not able to log into site , I've tried several times, so missed birthday award. As a regular patron it's disappointing and discouraging for our family members on their special day.
online ordering is terrible. entering credit card info was not accepting my expiration and security code. I checked the numbers each time but the website was slow and timed out several times. very not user friendly.
App works great. When I was charged points for a free item, customer service corrected it at once.
The order option for specials is awkward. it's got the slide to choose it, but you first have to add the option to your order. Why make the extra step? Obviously I want that.
"Can't add your card. it's attached to another account." i literally don't have any other emails. and "invalid tender, card is expired." .... my card doesn't expire untill 2028. at least give me a good reason you won't take an order.
Sonny's is great but this app is not. It's glitchy, freezes, and stalls out all the time. Their online ordering outside of the app is just as bad. Thanks Thanx. Will probably use my loyalty points up, delete the app and maybe look back once or twice.
