I finally got the email that I was looking for. I was putting all my documents in for them. When I screenshot my ID front and back. I notice it's a big problem with the app. I emailed all my documents. They deactivated my account. Went through the steps to appeal their decision. You have to wait 5 days. They sent me emails saying they deactivated my account because my ID wasn't verified. I tried getting into account doing what they wanted. They ended up blocking the whole account.

I've tried for over a week to get support to fix the issue with linking my bank account. No one from support seems to know what they're doing. I've spoken to at least 10-15 different agents, and every one of them had me do the same useless troubleshooting followed by saying the issue needs to be escalated to the technical department. Issue still isn't fixed. Still can't link my bank account, and the SparkDriver app still says my Earnings account needs attention. I won't work until it's fixed.

This is a decent way to make some extra $ IF YOU DON'T MIND TEARING YOUR CAR UP. Most of the deliveries that pay 60 or more are multiple stops (12 or more) 30+ miles from the store, down literal dirt roads in the middle of nowhere. Most of the trips take way longer than the app says. If you drive a car you don't mind running into the ground this is the perfect opportunity. I think if you live a certain distance from the store delivery shouldn't even be an option especially for 1 item.

App is really junky. I live ina. big city, yet its constantly saying trips are in my city, but once I accept, it sneaks in one at the end that takes me almost an hour away. If you go somewhere and lose service, cant make the delivery and then on top of that have to verify picture again. If you accept an order including alcohol, it will force you to photo verify again before shopping and then 2-3 times after you complete. Honestly a very broken app.

I, and many other approved applicants, are unable to add our payment information. The system does not elaborate beyond "Something went wrong," which is incredibly unhelpful. That means I'm unable to finish onboarding and start delivering with Spark. This issue is not only app-breaking, it puts up an unnecessary roadblock (pun intended) for new drivers who are simply trying to get out and start earning. Please resolve this ASAP.

I love doing deliveries as a Spark Driver. It is better than any other delivery app. Unfortunately, The app seems to drain the battery on the phone fast. While shopping for a customer, my battery was at 60% and when I got to my car it was at 14%. When I checked my battery usage for the app it was outrageous. I hope this can be fixed soon. I did buy a small portable charger to make sure my phone doesn't die while shopping or picking up deliveries.

When I accept shop & delivery orders, the order cancels .. usually in the middle of end of shopping the order. If the order doesn't cancel, most times I am unable to check out because the app will get stuck on a white screen and will not provide the barcode I need to scan. The only way I can get out of the order is to have support cancel the order. PLEASE FIX! It's been like this for weeks!

I feel like the app, in general, is user friendly BUT I've attended/accepted 2 shopping trips. I completed the shopping and scanning each of the items then after I review, the barcode pops up behind a white pop up "screen" so I can't access the barcode, which in turn I had to have both orders cancelled by customer service. The app works the entire shopping trip right until the barcode.

Editing my review because this app has become so awful I can't use it consistently. And the driver "help" doesn't know how to help. It glitches and won't show a barcode to check out after shopping an order. It shows an area as busy yet I see no offers. Or I get notifications for offers but they don't show on my app. Walmart needs to do better because in the end these issues affect their customers.

the app is good and you can make decent money. however it doesn't allow you to pick which types or orders you are offered. most of my time is spent rejecting "shopping" orders and it's very inconvenient and annoying to have to constantly see new notifications just to reject them all. would love it if it were more user friendly to select the type of orders YOU want to accept. Constantly getting logged out of the app. When I try to login it says I'm logged in on another device but I'm not. It constantly causes me to change my password as a result. This is a constant hassle. This issue is causing me to reconsider working for Spark. I like the work but if the app is a constant issue that is a problem. I hope this gets fixed soon. I also need to verify my identity almost everytime I open the app. That is another hassle. I would give zero stars if possible.

Constantly offering orders across town in another zone, might as well work for free if I'm going to work spark, and if by chance I'm actually offered an order that is doable, I start heading to location right away, and it cancels the order right as I pull up to location, and if by chance I happen to get passed all of those roadblocks, and actually shop an order, well it just says it's going in order to shop the items but really it's not. Totally not user friendly at all

Can someone please look into this app and fix all issues. 1) When I try to log in into the app, it says my password is not correct. When I click "forgot my password" an error pops up. But when I go to the main website I have no issues logging in. 2) As I was going through the sign up process, I was not able to finish the last step, which was choosing where/how you want to get paid. When I go on to the main website to complete it, it does not let me click on it.

I can't even access my account login information after done going through setting up my account. It’s works through the website, but the moment I try signing in through the app, it's saying an error is occurring. It doesn't take a genius to figure out the app is not working. Fix the app, please. I would call you guys but not able to find a help number to call.

I can't say enough bad things about how poorly this app functions. You give me 1 mintue to accept an order, but it takes your app far longer than that to load at times. Doesn't matter if i force stop and clear the cache. It freezes up many times daily. It's as is I can't run any other app. Otherwise it gets really slow, and doesn't load for 10-20 minutes at a time on a S25+ phone. Why don't you ever provide anyone with help for the issues they are having? Why isn't there a night driving mode???

Multi billion dollar company and can't even have a functioning app. I've had to change my password 8 times this week because I couldn't get past "actions need you attention" even after force stopping and clearing cache. If you uninstall, it says your logged into multiple devices and makes you reset password. Also, when you are picking up, if they cancel an order they don't notify you and the pay for the order gets cut as well. You don't find out until the employee comes out with one less order.

Very buggy. Has different problems on a weekly basis. Very frustrating. Don't get your hopes up. Doesn't stay working for long. Definitely not worth the time anymore. This has gone down hill soooo fast. Don't recommend at all. They have a facial recognition security feature that doesn't work that well. If it fails, they deactivate your account. It's happened to several drivers. I was told 3-5 days to reactivate the account. It took over two weeks. Called several times. One driver waited 2 months

I gave two stars because they pay better than most gigs like this. However.... they only received 2 stars because its very stressful when the app is telling you that the store you intend to go to is going to be busy, you drive 40 minutes to get there, only to sit for hours without seeing any orders. What a waste of time, gas and money!!!!

I've noticed that when an order comes in right as the time changes to the next minute, you lose the opportunity to accept it, cause people to lose out on potential earnings for the day, especially those of us in smaller less popular areas. It's very frustrating and happens multiple times a day sometimes. It would be nice if it was on a 60 sec timer rather than having until the next minute to accept. Otherwise the app is decent.

Editing my review to say, with every update, it gets worse. The prices have dropped so much. It's impossible to even use this as a side hustle anymore. Now they are expecting you to drive through for 23 miles one way for maybe seventeen dollars.. if you're looking to download this app and hopefully make a few dollars out of it. Please listen to us that have been around for almost 2 years or more. Do not for any reason.Take anything under two dollars a mile. stop working for pennies!
