Been using Straight Arrow News | SAN for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you unbiased, fact-based news and context on what’s happening around the country and world. Pretty solid if you’re into staying up-to-date on current events without all the spin and bias.
Here’s what you do: you can browse the latest news updates and original video podcasts, and there’s also tools to discover stories that right- and left-leaning media outlets aren’t covering. It’s got a nice queue feature so you can save stuff to read or watch later. And the Media Miss and Media Landscape stuff is actually pretty useful – gives you a more complete picture of the news.
Look, if you’re tired of the same old partisan coverage, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can get a little buggy at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want news without the drama.
