Still waiting for the first transaction to get done. 7-14 days mandatory for first deal. Supposed to be faster after that. Appreciate that they are trying to protect both sides, but just be aware so you can let your buyer know ahead of time. I didn't realize that until after I'd told the buyer I could ship one business day after payment. He paid, and then I find out about the waiting period... 🤦

They deactived my account because I needed to be "verified". I sent all the documents and proof I could and they still blocked my account. According to them my account has too many "unauthorized" payments, when I have just 6 complete payments. Now I gave the products to the customers and Stripe won't give me my money, I was basically robbed.

They are literally stealing money and I smell a class action law suit coming. They withheld payment from my customer when I had been receiving payment from them for over a year. Then they suspended my account and DID NOT refund the money or allow me withdraw. I've emailed multiple times even left a voicemail and guess what? I got a phone call that rang ONCE and hung up. Literally did not even have enough time to pick up the call. Called back and what a surprise it does not take inbound calls.

I had to download this app so people from turno could pay me. It says I would receive my money within 2 to 3 business days, yet estimated arrival for my money is 9 days! That's rediculouse. I never would have agreed to use this app if I knew it was OVER A WEEK to receive my money. Also it's other wise useless. You can't create anything like invoices. Can't see separate payments, zero documentation of who is paying you what. It was also a pain to set up. I had to set up an APP on a COMPUTER.

Downloaded to review. I despise having to use this through gigpro. This is the absolutely worst kind of payment platform. I lost my card, didn't know the entire card number and could put my new one on. Had to get support to bypass, had a digital card but that didn't work. Have the physical and everytime I hit the button to add it on gigpro, there is no way to add it on stripe... I clicked every thing and did everything and nothing worked... I'm over it. Y'all are garbage.

Its almost a worthless app. Its just a dashboard, and an extremely limited one at that, with no real features. For charging one of the highest rates they don't seem to spend much on IT. Customers are being charged double what the invoice is. Cards are declined often for no good reason and stripe says its the bank doing it. Is your company that shady banks don't recognize it? My invoicing software has me stuck with stripe. Wish I could use someone else.

Started getting glitchy a few weeks ago. Same issue as noted below. No verification code to log in. Once I figured out a work around to get a code using my laptop I was able to log in. Next issue no data provided other that money coming In. No there Data. I sent in a support ticket yesterday. To my surprise I received an update to the app just 12 hours later. Problem is, it didn't fix anything.

I was thrilled to find Stripe and the useful features it offers, but that is as far as my good experience reached. My small amount transaction for testing went well. I then made my first real transaction over 2 weeks ago and still to date have not received the payout to my linked bank accounts.It's apparently stuck in pending with a mile long email string from Customer Service basically saying we are working on it on every single response. I can't find a direct number to call. It's a nightmare!

Stripe is great, but this app is useless for managing Payments. Cons: It doesn't show Payment transaction ID, or Receipt #, or Receipt email address. No way to differentiate 1 payment from the next. It would at least be helpful if it showed the custom meta field for each Payment. Doesn't let me search payments by any of these fields. Pros: easy, clean interface. Speedy fast, not slow. Unfortunately, I have no use for this app without at least 1 of the Payment fields to differentiate Payments.

It's a good looking app and it works well but there is no way to view advanced payment details in the app. No way of seeing radar (fraud) analysis nor is there a way to view any other billing information. The app is very basic and simply shows you your payments received and balance. Everything else, I find myself having to get to my computer to check. It's a bit of an inconvenience and apps are supposed to eliminate that. So, this is just average.

This service would be 10 stars if they would add the ability to pass the fees (automatically) to the customer. I use this service extensively in my business and with charges upwards of $10,000 the fees are very costly. As a business owner, having the ability to split, eat, or pass on the fees would be so much faster than having to add it to the transaction as they suggest. Especially if the customer is paying by invoice. You have to have two invoices, one for charge and one for check or cash.

I loved stripe. until they changed it with these "incomplete" transactions shown when someone goes to the check out but doesn't pay. it's coming up every time they visit the check out and they don't go away once it's complete. my transaction history is full of incompletes and I can't get rid of them. if this is how it's going to be I am changing processing services.

For the most part, my user experience has been acceptable. No major issues, and all $ has been delivered to my account without fail. My clients do complain about the sound the app makes when completing a local card payment on my phone though. They say it's, "cold", "no fun", and "aweful". Not gonna lie, I don't like it much either. The square app makes a nice little jingle sound effect, and a smiley face pops up when the payment is complete. It's a small thing, but clients notice.

It's kind of...useless? All you can use it for is see payments that have been made and your balance. You can't send invoices, make a payout, create a customer, nothing. "Settings" doesn't even have a setting you can change besides notifications. What's in this app looks nice, sure, but I was hoping for a slimmed down version of the website, not a print-out of my dashboard.

Don't download this as an option to be paid via WhatNot. They steal your money and it just disappears. The 2-step verification requires all complicated passcodes, key codes, codes and codes. The average human has no idea what in the heck. Requires access to multiple devices at the same time in order to login to just one device. It's entirely impractical.

This app is advertised as being mobile friendly and even has its own mobile app! The problem is, it isn't at all mobile friendly and the app is worthless for anything besides reviewing your "stats". I got this app to be able to create invoices not only on my PC, but on the go. On top of that, payments are handled through a third party vendor and it takes over a week to get my payments and they couldn't give me any info on where my payment was! I'll be looking for something better.

kinda useless. I can see history of customers but can't do anything about it. can't create invoices, can't charge cards, can't edit customer information, can't create a subscription. Can't see a list of pending invoices easily, etc. I have a shortcut to stripe on the web in desktop mode so I can actually do useful things on the go. +1 star for dark mode.

The process to set up my account was pretty easy and connecting my bank. I love receiving the notifications so I can track payments received and the low processing fee. However, I would like for them to allow more fields to obtain additional information from customers like a note section, phone number, and a field for additional information. I had a couple of tickets purchased on behalf of others but nowhere to put their name.

I can no longer get instant payments I guess. They're coming a day late. This is with the turno app. I've never had an issue with instant payouts before. The app shows no balance. Website does, but no option to do a payout. It just comes whenever. I don't have time to worry about keeping up with some other platform paying on time or not. But now it says I have a response from stripe, and I can't get to it or see it. I've never had that problem with another app before either

This app is pretty meh. It's nice to see when payments come in, but it is impossible to do much else. I don't exactly need my payment history graphs when I'm out, but I do need more information on where the payment is coming from. When working with clients and I have no idea when their payments come in, it's not good. This has no details, customer names, nothing like that. Not sure why it is so simple to render it nearly useless. Would it be so hard to put last name and individual transactions
