Been using the Strong Workout Tracker Gym Log app for a couple months now. It’s basically a super simple and easy to use app for tracking your workouts, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter. Tried it out after seeing some good reviews, and I gotta say, it’s a pretty solid fitness app.
Here’s what you do – you can log all your exercises, sets, and reps. There’s also a built-in exercise library with videos, which is pretty cool. And you can even track your progress over time to see how you’re improving. Took me a while to figure out some of the features, but once you get the hang of it, it’s really easy to use.
Look, if you’re trying to take your workouts more seriously and stay on top of your fitness goals, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit cluttered sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a simple way to track your strength training.
