So here's my honest take on Stupid Simple Macro Tracker. I've tested a bunch of macro and calorie counting apps, and this one's one of the better ones I've tried. The interface isn't the slickest, but it gets the job done in a pretty straightforward way. I like that you can fully customize your macro targets - that's key if you're trying to bulk, cut, or maintain. The meal planning feature is a nice bonus too. On the downside, the free version has some annoying ads, and the food database could be more comprehensive. But overall, it's a solid option if you want an easy way to track your macros without all the extra bells and whistles.

Description

Been using Stupid Simple Macro Tracker for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you track your macros – that’s protein, carbs, and fat – to hit your fitness goals. Whether you’re trying to bulk up, lose weight, or just maintain, this app makes it super easy to stay on top of your macros.

Here’s what you do: you just log the foods you eat and it calculates the macros for you. There’s also a meal planner which is pretty cool. And you can customize your macro targets based on your specific needs – it’s got settings for bulking, cutting, and maintaining. Took me a while to figure all that out but it’s been really useful.

Look, if you’re into fitness and counting macros, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a simple way to hit your macro goals.

Terrible! NO FREE TRIAL. Have to pay for everything. You can't search foods. Period. You can't, I wanted to add cheese sticks and it wanted me to enter the cheese...

winner! because sometimes I need to reset to day 1... The reset option gives me the ability to start again if I totally flop. I don't love counting calories (right?!)...
