Absolute Failure. Installed and logged in and attempted to place first order. After entering payment information and submitting order an error pops up. No order history shown, so I just gave up on ordering. THREE HOURS later, I get a notification from my credit card company that a charge has been made. App still shows zero order history. contacted Subway support and 4 days later. I got a response saying, if charge does not disappear "contact your bank or credit card company to discuss..."

Absolutely, hands down, the worst app on my phone. Super slow and glitchy, once you finally get to the payment screen, it won't process the payment and just says "error processing payment", and I have never been able to view the rewards. You really need to have your app developer fired and get someone more qualified that can actually make it work.

I use to order through the app to take advantage of the deals as my local location doesn't accept paper coupons. I never know how the app will perform until I'm in it. It can be slow at times. But the last time I tried to use it, it was awful. There was only 1 coupon deal and it wouldn't work. Even the Subway employee tried on my phone and her personal phone. In my case, this app is costing Subway my business. App needs improvement to make more user friendly or just to work correctly...period!

The app is absolutely broken. You cannot use two payment methods on the same order on the app, so if you have a gift card with a balance below your order, you can't use it, and Subway won't cash it out. You're supposed to be able to use your app to pay, but that is broken, too. You're supposed to be able to order with the app, but it ALWAYS CRASHES. I've tried ordering to pick up in 4 stores in 2 states, and it never works. I've got $20 of unusable gift cards because the subway app is broken

Do people even eat here anymore? Probably not by using the app, because it's nearly as lackluster as the food. Have a gift card? Can't use it to pay unless you add it to the app, not as a normal means of checkout. Have two gift cards totaling $28 dollars? Can't just use them separately, you have to transfer the funds from one to the other. Great, now your total is $29. Sorry, you can't just add $1 to the card or use two different payment methods, your gift card is now completely useless.

This is arguably the worst fast food app. Talking to employees at my local Subway, they state that it never works correctly, the options available at the store are never correct in the app. The last time I tried to order it I was unable to select a combo. The app would just freeze up and become unresponsive. I had to order the individual items instead of getting the combo. I don't know what kind of servers you guys are operating on, but you clearly need to upgrade. Horrible.

it used to work here and there, which made it tolerable to use, however recently, it doesn't matter what I try, uninstalling and reinstalling, shutting it down and rebooting it, restarting my phone, nothing- I can add things to my cart, but then trying to go to the cart, just says, "Oops, looks like something went wrong" and then shows nothing in the cart when that error finally does not pop up. It's made it impossible to order for delivery or pick up, I've been trying for over 2 weeks now...

they fixed a couple things and others still don't work. glad to see that more drink choices are now displayed. I still have random failures in processing my payment. plus, deals don't always work. I tried to use the new $8.99 FL meal deal. it kept telling me to add a qualifying item. I had a FL sandwich that was not on the excluded list, I had the small drink and chips. I tried adding them individually to the cart and tried using the "make it a meal" button. tried different sandwiches. nothing.

Slowest app on my phone. Always hit or miss on whether it's even going to load or error out. Seems to have gotten worse in the last few months. I had an issue where it kept telling me my payment didn't work. I tried several different ones. When I gave up and went into the store, she explained it does that because they "are a franchise" and the promos don't apply in that location. Wasted a good 45 minutes trying to get it to work. Horrible programming.

This app is RIDICULOUS. It is so glitchy and annoying. When I log in I have to put in my information atleast 3 times bcuz it will load and then immediately go back to the login screen. I can't use any type of coupon or deals bcuz they won't actually subtract anything from my bills even though it says it's been added to the bill. Sometimes the coupons or deals themselves won't even be added to the bill. Even though the app says they are available at my location. This app has gone downhill.

It's my least favorite app to use for food. Sometimes, I just won't eat Subway because I don't want to deal with the app. Its slow and clunky, and every time I try to do anything, a pop-up comes up that I have to close and wait for it to close. It also is odd how there is a low maximum amount of favorites you can have. The deals are great and the point system is good too, so I won't give it less than 3.

I'm not sure why but out of nowhere about 3 weeks ago the app stopped working right. I click "sign in" and it tells me an error has occurred, and shuts itself down. It's seems to work fine as "Guest" but obviously I can't get points if I'm not logged in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've cleared the cache, still the same

It used to be a really good and useful app. I'm editing my review from four stars to one star because it is almost unusable now. I say almost because I assume it has to work for some people, but ever since I updated it this morning, I get an error every time I try to sign in and then can't go any further. Before that, it was a slow, buggy mess that took forever to load every page and would sometimes reload for no reason and delete things from your order. Every update has made it worse.

Terrible app. I've tried to use this app for several years and it continues to be worse with every update. Extremely slow and awkward, errors constantly, nevers saves login info. Today there is a card number/pin error on mine and my girlfriends app that won't allow us to pay with any card. Overall, it often times takes longer to order through the app than it would to just drive to the store and order.

This app hasn't worked in over a month. Whenever I try to login is says there's an error. Yes I've tried deleting cache, deleted stored data, uninstalling and reinstalling, and powering off my phone and restarting. Because of these issues, I just don't go to, Subway and I end up ordering from another business. Fix your app!

Thumbs down. I haven't had this app for very long. I tried ordering dinner for my family yesterday. When it came time to check out, it said my bag was empty. Thinking I did something wrong, I put our order in again. The item count was increasing with each item I selected, as expected, but again, when it came time to review my order and pay, my "bag" was empty! Fix your coding, Subway!

I wish the developers were paying more attention to people's reviews. I see a lot of recent one stars, and that's ashame, that they're not replying to any of these. As for my experience, i've loved the app in the past, but over the past few months, I cannot use my rewards in the app. If you do an online order I can't find a way to use rewards. They're there. It is a tab titled rewards. I accrue points but when all I'm doing is pickup orders, it's frustrating because I can't ever use them!!!!

Awful. I have more glitches and problems with this app compared to any other food ordering app. Want to log in? Error. want to sign up? Error. Want to claim points for the purchase you just placed? Error. So basically, it's worthless being a member because the app won't let you log in to save the points. Or it'll act like it's going to work and then crash. I've been having this problem since December, have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still nothing. Very Upsetting...

I've been going to Subway for decades and it's because of this app that I'm no longer going. it takes 40 minutes or more if you place an order through the app, even if you're standing outside of the store and there's no customers, and no online orders, also the app won't take the coupon codes anymore. I work at a Walmart, I have placed an order in front of an empty subway store and still will take 30 to 40 minutes to make my order.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Zero stars for the app and zero stars for your website both of which are unusable. The app never loads never keeps me signed in, and half the time my correct password has to be changed because for whatever reason, the app won't recognize it. On your website I can order things, and it will kick me out force me to sign back in and have emptied my cart. there is no point having an app or a website if they aren't going to be operable.
