gets to last screen and won't let me pay. app stretches screen too far down to where I cant click on the payment option on the very last screen. Will be deleting app
App Not available on my phone or my Samsung tablet or Lenovo tablet or any device i own except one that I cannot carry with me. Sorry excuse for app users for phones and tablets

many times a day I get a pop up telling me to turn on my automatic payments. I DONT want automatic payments!! this needs to be fixed asap!
Terrible, so I'm late on a payment plan. Changed the CC and get a error message. I have funds, I just don't understand why I am getting a error message. App is updated too

I have tried several times to edit my payment date and the app keeps putting me out and to playstore.
Sent a message with regards to payment options... Waiting for their email reply, I will be able to give a review depending on whether they can address it properly to my satisfaction... If not, I'll pay it off and move on
Information in app is never up to date. App does not allow making payments with linked bank account, only debit card payments are accepted. Cannot remove old payment methods. Sunbit phone support suggest logging into a computer to see the correct information, which defeats the purpose of a mobile app. Phone agents confirm changes, but mobile app never shows correct information.
horrible company horrible customer service they will give you a credit card let you use it one or two times and then lock it up and make you jump through hoops for weeks to try to figure out what's going on they do not care about their customers if you can get a credit card with anybody else please do
