So here's my take on SuppCo: Supplement Scanner. I've tried a bunch of health and fitness apps, and this one's pretty solid overall. The scanner feature works great - you can quickly look up info on different supplements and see how they stack up. The analysis tool is also really handy for optimizing your daily regimen. On the downside, the app can feel a little overwhelming at first with all the features. And some of the recommendations seem a bit generic. But if you're serious about supplements, this is definitely one of the better options out there.

Description

Been using SuppCo: Supplement Scanner for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you manage your daily vitamins and supplements. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.

Here’s what you do – you can scan products to get detailed info on ingredients, quality ratings, and more. There’s also a cool feature that analyzes your whole supplement stack and gives you recommendations. Took me a while to figure that part out but it’s actually really useful.

Look, if you’re big into vitamins and supplements, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you wanna stay on top of your supplement routine.

hard to use for international brands. while it claims in the description to help track micronutrients and vitamins, won't let you add vitamins or OTC
