Very worst service. I was searching the payment method to see how much is the delivery charge, and my order was automatically confirmed. I canceled the order, but they are charging the full amount, 107 rupees. Very worst! Also, I can't find a customer care number; only a chat board is available. I don't know if I was chatting with a computer or a human. Very worst! And this hasn't happened just once; it has happened three or four times. Please don't use the swiggy app, delete this useless app 🤬

Dismal UI. There is no confirmation screen for the Pay button, which means you can end up placing a large order if you accidentally tap on it. There is no way to cancel an order after you place it either, not even within 10 seconds of accidentally placing it. If your finger accidentally touches the Pay button while you have a large number of items in your cart, you'd have to pay for that order, although you didn't mean to place it. Absolutely abysmal UI design.

Previously used this app a lot. But now they started putting multiple orders together for delivery and the downfall started. Couple of times it took close to 2 hours for the delivery and the order was picked up more than an hour before. Imagine how cold the food would be! Now about to uninstall the app and will move to some other app. Swiggy, while running behind money, you are moving in a very wrong direction. People, don't go with average rating of 4.5. Just check the latest ratings.

Very bad experience. When I'm paying for something, I expect to get all the items. It's been three times when I ordered something and items were missing. Even the reporting of these issues didn't fix anything. I will never use this app or any other service by Swiggy. 0/10. Zomato and Eatsure are way better. I've never had problems with missing items on Eatsure. And Zomato provides refunds very quickly.

Ordered 2 items that were available while ordering and pre-paid for it. But after ordering One item went out of stock & never delivered for which I got a refund for that item. Reorderd that item and some other a few days later seeing it available, But they gave me entirely different product for 2 items. You can't connect to anyone for support in app unless you have their membership. As the AI chatbot didn't give any solution I sent a mail. A week later the response was cant be replaced/refunded.

I have been using Swiggy for many years, it's a good platform if everything is normal. But if you order by mistake and want to cancel it and even if you have cancelled it within a minute also they will charge your entire amount and they will provide you many non sense reasons to do so and to justify it. for mine they have told me that the delivery boy had already reached the location, can you imagine it within a minute after ordering.

I have subscribed to Swiggy One with the understanding that delivery charges would be waived for restaurants within a 7 km radius. However, I’ve noticed that the app shows incorrect distances for nearby restaurants. For instance, a restaurant less than 3 km away appears as 7.5 km, leading to extra delivery charges. This seems misleading and unfair to customers who expect transparent pricing under the subscription. I request Swiggy to look into this issue and correct such discrepancies.

I ordered 10 items but received only 6. I had to contact support myself, and only then they informed me that the other items were not available. If the items are out of stock, why are they even allowed to be added to the cart? On top of that, the refund they initiated was for a lesser amount, saying coupons and discounts will be deducted. Absolutely pathetic experience and no accountability.

Horrible customer service. They just don't reply to emails and there is no option to call or chat with them. Also, they charge surge fee throughout the day, even when there is barely any rush. Likewise, they charge rain fee even when the skies are clear. Another issue is that the issued coupons become void if the order or payment gets cancelled from their end; no other app does that.

Horrible User Interface. when I searched domino's, firangi pizza was the top option despite Domino's being open and when I realized I placed the order from the wrong restaurant, they didn't allow me to cancel it despite me trying to cancel in less than a minute. they only have AI for support and no humans. and when you connect with a human, not only is the support slow but also unhelpful. I even reached out to support on email but they were just as helpful.

What a terrible app this has become. Always freezes. All the time. Can't place an order. Can't browse for food. Can't browse instamart. It's constantly freezing and glitching out. And this is not new, it's been going on for months. I've resorted to using Swiggy in my browser because at least it works. Is this how you treat One members? Is this how bad your app development has gone? And you think you can do a successful IPO?? Sad state of affairs here. Disappointed.

Worst experience ever. I had placed an order and there was no rider available and i waited till 11pm in the night but still order was not delivered. And I got a message to cancel the order as there was no rider then I cancelled the order and I have been charged with cancellation fee. Simple and easy way to trap the customers. Please don't do such things.

Deliveries are taking so much time now. 1 hour is fine I understand but I received my order from a restaurant 3km away after 90 minutes. The same delivery guy is assigned another order 6km away from the restaurant. Chat support is a bot who tells me the things I already know. Its very annoying. if you want food on time order at least 2 hours before.

Recently, the orders take a lot longer to be accepted, and then the delivery most of the times has a nearby delivery attached, taking it even longer to arrive. The discounts are no longer available. Many times the restaurant we want to place order from is disabled due to 'lot of orders from this area'. GST and other charges as good as nullify the discounts, if any at all.

Worst app, Worst support. There was a spillage issue in one of my recent orders. They issued a coupon to me with validity till 11:59 PM the same day. What kind of pathetic resolution is this.....

i added 2 items to my cart and went to the payment page. when the payment got initiated I saw that the amount is being charged for just 1 item and it went through. That's when I realised the restaurant branch automatically changed and it probably removed the item that was not available in the store by itself. This lead to additional delivery charges and when I tried to cancel, that didn't happen and there was no response from support for 15 minutes. ended up paying extra for a glitch on the app.

They show you a delivery time which changes as soon as you place the order. they assign another order to your delivery partner but show your order as out for delivery even if they are waiting to pick the other order. They ask for more money if you want the delivery exclusively for yourself. something has seriously gone wrong in the management. This is shameful. not using the app anymore.

Used to love Swiggy but it's getting worse everyday. Got orders delayed by half an our, got cold food delivered, didn't get any compensation. All I got was false promises, twice. Was trying to add a mode of payment and mistakenly placed an order today. Immediately went to cancel the order only to be informed a cancellation fees of the full amount would be charged. it's not even been a minute yet. Frustrating would be understatement.

the worst customer care service I have ever received. one of the time was missing from my order and when I tried to contact them , they just closed every conversation without any help or discussion. and I had just renewed the membership. and yes most importantly, when I asked for the invoice it doesn't contain any order details.. no mention of any items in the invoice

Swiggy customer service is deteriorating exponentially, I wish I could provide negative ratings. I am not someone who form opinion based on one incident and on swiggy I have had multiple instances of bad experience. Sometimes they will assign delivery partner who will not deliver and then they will give random reason and assign other one. In the process you wait for hours. Even in 10 minute category they show order deliverable within 8 minutes and when you order they will deliver in 30 minutes.
