horrible started reading then only allows you to watch enough videos for 2 short chapters a day. Then bought over 20 dollars worth of coins and didn't even let me read half the book. Was going to buy more just to finish book but keeps glitching when I try a payment. ITS HORRIBLE

Some translations are still wrong. The coin prize is not appropriate, a bit expensive when compared to other applications. It was very expensive when compared to buying a book (not an e-book). Even though they said they gave you some free pages to read, this comes with us having to look at advertising! A discount isn't ok, when you buy 1 time, then after that they give you more discounts, this is a trick. But this means the real cost is lower than that!. Some advertising is cheating on you!

Download this app cause the ad said it was free to read and then sike, pay or won't get to the end! Haha I would've paid if the advertising wasn't fake, also is a little expensive.. I have other apps where the chapter is only two coins to read with four free chapters daily, I gladly paid the $100 to finish it, but won't do the same for this fake app! Sayonara!

Do not use this app. They charge you to read each chapter which is 5 to 6 pages. I started reading one book, and I ended up having to purchase coins in order to read the story. I tried using the free coins, but you cant get enough free coins to make a difference. So I bought some. So far I have spent 50 dollars trying to read ONE book and I still havent finished it. I am uninstalling this app, even though I still havent finished my book. I refuse to pay any more money. This app SUCKS!

very expensive, books cost upwards of $500 USD to purchase. Writing is horrible. No continuity, names are jumbled. Timelines don't match. I'm readine 1 book. it will take 6 months or more to get enough free coins to read, or I could pay $500 USD if I want to buy it outright. No thanks! After I read this book, I'm deleting the app.

Way too expensive and ridiculous. The book that caught my eye has almost 600 chapters and isn't even finished? That's utter ridiculousness. Just to read the current posted chapters it would cost $200. For that kind of money I could buy 4-6 new books by best selling authors instead of just part of a book with misspelled words and typos. That's a complete rip off and dare I say a little on the scammer side of things. Be smart.... don't even bother with this app!

Similar story from the other reviews, free book reading app, then found out I had to pay. Interesting story but each chapter had repetitive paragraphs and since they charge on word count then it's on you. Wasn't that bothered initially so was buying coins. Then I discovered that each transaction I made will deduct 2 dollars from my account for international transaction. That was when I stopped purchasing, reached out to them and no response.

I clicked on a FB free book ad and downloaded the app. It's a few free chapters. I thought it would be the whole book, as an incentive to keep going and see how the story is written and if it was worth it to keep paying for chapters. The story line was well written, very few mistakes, it was engaging but I like an ending to my stories. This seems like it's going to keep going.

It's not as expensive as other apps. I'm stuck on a book I can't stop reading, with over 2k chapters, at 10-15 credits each. There are several things that would make this app. better. Like longer chapters, spell check/ writing check, lowering the price of chapters, especially on long books. There's no reason I should be paying $100 to read 1 book. Update 11/11/23 Now I'm finding that if you don't use your coins you lose them even if you paid for them!! Not cool at all!!!

App isn't too bad. Chapters are short but not too much, so it's decent reading. There's stories with grammatical errors & misspellings, but not one is perfect. The stories are sometimes cringe & dramatic but pretty entertaining. The prices of the chapters fluctuate, but that is a common thing with apps like this to get you to purchase more coins & spend more money on the books, even as the quality of the book goes down. Some of these books are AI generated.

Got intrigued and started reading. You have to watch Ads to unlock chapters and get free coins. Each chapter is either 5 or 6 pages long, which is rather short and are costly. Not sure why coin cost vary when the amount of pages per chapter is either 5/6. The stories are ongoing as if the book is never going to end, which can be annoying. I made a purchase and didn't receive my coins which I'm currently disputing. customer service royally sucks. Update: They're THEIVES!!!!!!!!

Another money grubbing app to get you to pay exorbitant prices to read a page or two. Limited ability to watch ads to advance through to read more. Limited incentive for coin obtainment for very little reward. If I'm going to spend my money, it's going to be an actual book. Make it worth people's time and effort and this app, might be decent. Uninstalling.

The application is nice well made and what little of a story I began. I uninstalled the application mearly because of a pet peeve. when you have a possibility to read articles separately from the option to watch video ads, it should not bring up the read these articles. There are no videos at the moment? That is fine. Just say no videos dont bring up the articles. They are way more annoying than the videos and are more likely to put spam on the users phone. I will not promote false ads.

The story I'm reading is good so far. The fact that the chapters have at least 9-10 pages, is what has kept me with Tapon so far. I wish the monthly fee, were for unlimited reading, then I would purchase it. Living on a small budget, I can't afford to do a lot of reading. I've already quit a lot of these reading apps because there's not enough in their chapters, and they constantly repeat the same words, or fill the chp. with the same old play by play sex talk.

NOT FOR ME limited daily reading amount is determined by how many really short chapters. (much shorter than normal novels) you can read in 24 hrs. I have limited mobility and read A Lot... if you are the kind of reader who reads less than 5 really short chapters a day, this might be for you, but I can't afford to exceed the ad amounts and pay $20 for a book that would cost me half that on Amazon, Kobo , Apple or Google. Having to wait makes me lose interest in the story.

This was advertised with "all chapters completely free" for a book. I was interested in the book so I downloaded the app only to find this was a blatantly false advertisement. Every time I scroll to the next chapter it pressures you to sign up for a subscription, or you can buy tokens basically to unlock chapters although I don't know how that works. Regardless, I'm quite disgusted that the book I wanted to read, the only reason I downloaded the app, is now locked behind a paywall.

I'm really enjoying it so far! Not a lot of coin costs for the length of chapters. I am a fast reader, so i hate getn 15 pgs for 100 coins, but you only collect 40 pts for a day. I collected almsost 2000 pts in one session! amazing! I am still reading on some of those pts, except for a few reading met times. and you get more pts. Thank you, the ads aren't like most, minute long or longer, quik, so you can get back to reading.

Even best selling novels don't cost what these cost. the books start out great and then you get so far and the cost to continue, I could buy several books just as good for a fraction of the price by well known authors. Not saying that up and coming novelists don't deserve a chance but they deserve THEIR chance, not the monopolized prices apps like this charge for a couple chapters. Well known novel apps don't even cost what apps like this one does to continue in a leisurely fashion. deleted.

They hooked me on a FREE book. It is free but it's going to take me over 4 months to earn enough free credits to read the whole book. The book has over 800 chapters. They are anywhere from 7-12 pages and usually 2 of the pages are game adds. In order to get the free coins it takes me over an hour to go through all the hoops to get them. Not worth it. I've gotten this far through this book. Once I'm done reading this the app will be uninstalled!

I bought almost the whole first part of the book until it started to go into another characters story....well.... it wants me to buy it all again and it was well over $30 that was spent. tried to contact customer service it took a long time to respond so I deleted the app this is the only app where I can find alpha Amarah that I fully paid for it's been over 45 weeks and the problem is still not fixed
