Not to bad of an app for me. I got laid off early May, downloaded this app and paid the $25 processing fee, did my first task which was a delivery on Mother's Day. For the 3 weeks left of May, I did 13 task which totaled 38hrs and received over $800. There are things that can be frustrating at times due to the metrics, if you decide to go have a good weekend off and have no cell reception and can't respond they pause your account and put a negative remark. If multiple pops up at once, it drops.

SCAM. Changed my password twice and ended up getting an error when the system couldn't lie anymore. Just delete my account if I'm not suitable but don't give me the run around when I'm trying to log in when I DO have the right password.
I previously left a 1 star review because I was unable to complete the registration process because the app closes everything I try to use the drop down menu. As part of the registration process, you provide your address, phone number, and social security number. As of today, after providing the app with my phone number, I have started receiving scam calls telling me I qualify for lower rates. So in addition to the bugs I and others encountered, your info is not secure.
I'm pretty capable signing up for new accounts (it's not that hard!). But I couldn't create an account and after like half an hour of chatting with customer service, I was still unable to login or create an account. Then they just told me they weren't looking for taskers in my area so they couldn't help me. Not only was signing up difficult, but if that was actually the issue, it should have told me that as soon as I entered my zip code instead of telling me my username/password was wrong.
Can't even set up account. It won't let me click on the line to submit my birthday, but I can't navigate off the page and must submit my birthday to create an account. It asks for my SSN and address, email, and what skills I have, then tells me my skills aren't "in demand" even though all the ones I selected can be done remotely from anywhere in the country. Couldn't set up account, and it crashed the first time I opened it
Payed the $25 to register the account, after my money was taken they allowed me to set up the account, come to find out they had different pricing they came up with that you could choose from, which none of the pricing seemed fair to me. I would make hardly any money for the type of work I would be doing. If I had known the setup I wouldn't have made an account. So I deleted the account since it would be of no use for me, but my money was taken and now have to fight to get it back, I'm so angry!
They make you pay for your own background check, but they dont tell you until you've completed every other aspect of signup including giving them all your personal information and SSN. This is unacceptable. I have signed up with 6 other delivery apps and had interviews at over 30 companies requiring background checks and literally no one has ever required for me to pay to sign up for a job. Also, background checks dont cost $25 like they charge. I used to perform them. They cost under 10
I can't make an account because they reject my password saying it doesn't match, but when I make a new password with the one I meant to use it says I can't use an old password. After that I attempted to delete my account which ended with me waiting an several minutes for a page that never loaded on a site that had no issues loading any other page. I suspect that they are attempting to artificially inflate their user base, which would make this app a scam.
The last update stops me from being able to type anything in length in the chat. Every time I try to chat with my clients, it gums all the way to freezing up and I need to close the app to get my phone to work again. Then, when I go back to the chat after relaunch, it wipes away anything that I typed and I need to start over. And no, I cannot copy and paste. That is the quickest way to freeze the app.
Not available in my area, but they won't say that. I got everything set up, paid for the background check, listed my skills, set my availability, then crickets. Decided to search for myself through the customer app and it's not even available in my area. That would've been nice to know when signing up and paying for a background check. Edit: I did contact the company and the bot reply suggested a list of unrelated things that were of no help or solution to the actual issue.
This app is so buggy it's just infuriating. When I use the chat within the app, sometimes it's ok. More often than not, it takes an unbelievably long time to populate what you've already typed. Type several words and then just sit and watch and wait for it to catch up. Likewise if you're trying to scroll through what you've already typed. I don't have that problem anywhere else but this app. I have a Pixel 7, so it's not exactly a junk phone that can't keep up.
I installed this app both on my Android phone and my iPad, and was not able to get beyond a server error (429) at login. I have contacted Customer Service three times about this issue and all the could offer was to either reinstall (didn't work) or get a new device. I even tried a password reset and setting up a new account. It is a server issue, not a user one, and unfortunately the app is completely unusable to me. I am really disappointed.
Never an issue, been tasking for 3 years now. As of 7/9/22, no longer getting push notifications, so have no idea when I have a task request or chat. All notification settings are correct within phone. Have tried reboot, uninstall/reinstall, log out/log in. Account has been paused multiple times. I'll never understand why companies need to mess with things that work just fine in the name of progress.
The app has numerous technical issues and often fails to function properly. For instance, my dashboard displayed my appointment tracker, but it did not show my performance page, profile page, and several other important features. Additionally, I had a client standing next to me after I invoiced them for a completed task. They attempted to book me for another same-day task, and although I appeared in their search results, they received an error message stating that I was unavailable/not in area
From making $4K a month to less than $200 a month after they switched to machine learning algorithms. I was an Elite Tasker for years with very clean work and outstanding reviews. Now that's changed. In 2023 its significantly worse than the peak of the pandemic. Support just sends you links to super basic troubleshooting instead of listening, helping and making meaningful changes. All the while, % fees for clients keep going up and up and up. Talk about freeloading.
Easy to use, and I've been able to make some money tasking here. It's always a little tough to get your first few tasks but tends to pick up from there. My one complaint about the app itself is that it abuses the notifications feature. You have to have notifications on in order to respond to tasks, of course, but then it sends ads and "helpful" tips and suggestions that you can't turn off without losing the actual important notifications. I would love to be able to turn those off
I would like a refund of the $25. This company seems nearly inactive. Also the software is very disappointing. There is limited functionality with photos uploader. Shows a scale tool but only works to zoom in, not out. This is going to add significant time to what should be a pretty quick process, making me less interested in the whole thing.
I've had the app downloaded for about a week. Sometimes the app refuses to load, but when it does, I can get past the login part just fine. The phone number verification is a different story though. the first time I put the code in it says it's incorrect, so I request another one. I can't even hit the verify button!! I opted for making a new account since I haven't actually paid anything yet, but it literally would not load after I put all my information down...
First day using this app. I love it so far. I just completed my 1st task. Great experience! Update: The jobs are not consistant or steady but I have always been paid. Update after using for almost 2yrs: App can be glitchy. Something can now block our profiles from being shown to potential clients. Jobs have declined significantly. lowering to 4 stars.
was able to get my first job, the process was smooth even invoicing and getting paid.... I did however only get paid 7 dollars for a 70 dollar job so I'm really confused about that part. giving it a few more days to see how everything is. also kinda bummed out I can choose two shapes for the map size it has to be one connecting shape.
