App is slow and barely loads, and every time I AM able to get it to work it logs me out completely. App was also much better before they started charging to use it to pay rent. Now it won't load for me at all and I need to delete my account. Fun times.

I think that's a little invasive. There is no reason for someone to be able to see all that. Like, is my information really safe on here? What do you need to see all that for? Fix that, and I'll give more stars. Otherwise, this is a warning to be careful about putting your information on here.
Unable to request a work order from my landlord b/c cannot get app to open. I'm grateful my rent was paid on time considering the app started having issues 2 days later and has ever since. I did as advised and uninstalled TenantCloud app and now, despite entering the confirmation codes that I've requested 4x, I am not able to access the app. It now flags my email as already existing, yet I'm at the Log In site, not the new user site.
I would give this app 0 stars if I could. the amount of information they ask for is ridiculous. if you don't have the info, then you basically have to lie or submit bogus info into the required fields just to continue with the process. if you spend too long searching for a file, the app resets and you have to skip ahead through your application all over again. if you tab over to a different page on you phone, the app will reset again too, etc. it doesn't have compatibility with other extensions.
The last update screwed up the messaging on the mobile Android app. Now whenever I type a message, my phone keyboard covers the messaging space so I can't see what I'm typing. Edit: Resolved. Thanks!
Try adding a bank for money transfer using dwolla.. good luck with that. Also captcha hell. Trying to pay a storage locker fee.. not worth my time. Would be easier to move my items to a different company. Update..locked me up while doing the required update. Bank info cannot be added now. Total garbage product. I can see that the low ratings are still too high
App has seriously deteriorated. I originally started using this service because the app and browser versions were pretty much the same. Since a recent marketing push, this is no longer the case. Every time you open the app now, there is a forced "new update". You may be halfway through a task and then get cut out by this update. Some features have also been removed. You can no longer add payees on the fly in the accounting screen on the app. I'm also unable to download reports consistently.
Idk why it does this, but every few months my account stops doing automatic payments, and it's highly annoying. There's no notifications or anything. The company that owns the storage unit I rent will only allow me to pay through this stupid app. I'm going to change storage units when spring hits just so I can avoid any problems in the future with this stupid app and avoid late fees. It's ridiculous.
This is a really good app but it locks me out at the end of each session and as I have a strong password, logging back in is a really difficult operation. It's a lot easier to use their website where Chrome remembers my login details. I'd give 5-stars if they could fix this annoying issue. Great product other than that and customer support is really good. I'd recommend to owners and property managers.
App is terrible. DON'T do rent reporting !!!! They have reported incorrect information to the credit bureaus for the last 5 months. I have filed disputes and spent hours on the phone. I created a ticket in the app and have been told they fixed it I just have to wait, it's been two months. Now I can't even get to my ticket in the app.
Previously I had a check that was supposed to be mailed to me. That took 2 attempts to get to me. I am not one to rush it. But like to know when it is suppose to arrive. Even with you having a ETA on it. It was not on time. I was not aware of the 5 to 7 days as I was under the assumption soon as it shown with 2 days I should have it available as if I deposited a regular check. Just simply put that in bold letters for others may make it stand out for those who overlook stuff like that.
Awesome app. I absolutely would recommend it. You can use a fully functional app for free or for some of the extra perks pay a reasonable fee for an upgraded version. I wasnt sire that I wanted to take the time to put my info in because I had tried other "free" apps only to discover they were useless or not free if you wanted to do anything with them. I was not disappointed. This is set up to work for a small landlord or with purchasing the upgrades it is powerful enough for a management company
There's a bug currently where if I open the app and try to pay it asks me to reconnect my payment option. I go through the steps and get an error message 'Your login info was correct, but your attention is needed at bank before we can proceed. You need to: 1) login to bank, try again'. Multiple tries, same error. I then went and logged in through the tenant cloud website, and lo and behold my payment info is still there and I was able to initiate payment no problem.
The app takes a ridiculous time to load. Sometimes I'll let it sit for 5 minutes and it remains stuck trying to process simple things like logging in. Its hard to navigate to my wallet and the app will not save my bank information and keeps deactivating my autopay. I was notified days ago that my autopay withdrawal was being initiated, and today I got an email saying it had been deactivated. The money was never withdrawn. No matter how many times I try to submit my rent payment it declines.
Updates are terrible. After the app had been running smoothly for years, I had to re-add my banking info in August to pay September rent. Now I'm trying to pay October rent and my banking info is not there again. Can't find where to add it. They want to charge $40+ to pay by card. Also difficult to find the Pay button, when it used to be right on the main page. Not user friendly anymore.
I tried this app during the free trial and I was happy with the features it had. Once the free trial ended and I chose to shift to the lowest tier the app became pretty much a waste. It was extremely restrictive, there was a fee at every step. The transition from full access to lower tiers is not good. I felt nickle and dimed. Could never get anyone on the phone. Had to submit tickets for the simplest questions. This app is made for lots of properties, nor for one or two. Stay away.
The app glitches, freezes, lags, and otherwise malfunctions almost constantly. It has "an important update" to install every other day, which nearly always freezes or crashes the app. It logs you out almost every time you close it, and, half the time, the login process bugs out, leaving you unable to even log in. You can't simply back out to close the app; you have to go to the home screen or otherwise close it. It's barely functional.
Great option if you want to pay money to pay money since they charge fees for you to pay your rent. Doesn't matter if it's through the bank or credit card. The app itself is not intuitive, often has long load times, and you can't even register payment information on it, you have to go online. It's LESS efficient than just having a bookmark in a browser. Praying for the day we don't need a different app for every single bill in our lives. 🙄
Can you guys help me get past error not resolved. It's been this way for a week. I cannot see any bills or anything. When I open the app it says error not resolved. When I open the app with Google or Play Store, I tried to hit login or raise a ticket and it shoots me back to error not resolved. I don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall in case I lose any information
Three things prevent this app from being five stars in my opinion. First off is I have to log in every bloody time I want to use it. It's on my phone I really shouldn't need to continuously log in. Second the app takes what feels like an eternity to load. Third It has no ability to control the alerts. Like the ability to turn them on and off and have control over which ones are on. For example over the weekend I'd like to turn off all but maintenance requests.
