This is due not not being able to access the app even though I was paying for it. Customer service reinstated the app already once but it stopped allowing me access a second time. The app itself and info is great. Just a heavy price tage monthly when you can’t access it.

Undoubtedly quick and effective, but the subscription is far too expensive, should be two thirds of the price at the very most! It’s a shame that the cost is so high as it will deter many – myself included.
