Drs and receptionists at my local location are great. Signing in via app is stupid and a waste of time.

wipes our account info have to call the site ever weeks to register my account, I attempt to reset it on my own but the code never comes to my email. supper annoying

Outstanding staff, very friendly, very clean, Dr. Jaeger is the best

wish this app could have biometric security sign in, and/or remember my password code option. Also pick your favorite Dr when checking in.

I would have given the app 5 stars if I was able to see doctor locations – days in advance. I have no visibility as to when the doctor will be at what office. update 1 Why do the doctors’ names disappear during thelunch break?

glitches all the time. not working now, so I have uninstalled/ reinstalled several times. restarted my phone.nothing works! I work for The Joint in Virginia Beach!!

Amazing,I was in a lot of pain… it was the worst pain I have had. On short notice and out of town the joint chiropractor Dr Adam and the receptionist Alexa was even super amazing. After my appointment, I felt so great I will be back!!!

app is now useless. they’ve blocked password managers, requiring you to use a weak but memorable password. it’s faster and easier to have the receptionist log you in.

Finally an app! it’s a good start with just basic information like which Dr is working at which location. I would really like to see more information on my account such as number of visits left, monthly renewal date in the future updates.

everytime I check in at a particular location, it disables the app. I like seeing where my favorite doctor is although more helpful if they would stay in one place. The app is just taking space on my phone.

never lets me check in properly and we always end up using my phone number. force stop, restart nothing works.

appreciate the app and the recent improvements. I’d really like to be able to see which Dr(s) are scheduled to work before the clinic opens so I can better plan my visits.

I wish the app provided the doctors schedules. at least that way if there was a certain doctor you preferred you knew when he or ahe is working. it’s just as easy to give the receptionist my phone number to check in rather than using this app. if I was in an area I didn’t […]

I like the joint because I can walk in anytime I need an adjustment. The joint has facilities all over the United States. Recently, we visited The Joint in another state after a 6 hour drive. The adjustment helped a lot and saved me from being in pain for the rest of my trip.

interface sluggish, unresponsive, non-indicative of state. it checked me in twice without ever indicating that it had done anything (submit button) remained unchanged. no obvious indication that anything has changed. but it did change to another location, making me wonder where it checked me in

a few additions could make it great: how many doctors are at the location (live), and how many people are currently checked in at the location. you don’t even need to give an expected wait time – just knowing Dr count and check-in count is perfect to inform customers to make decisions. as of now […]
