TOTERS is the best , on time , helpful and great customer service 👍🏽

good app overall is great. one complaint, recently did a survey that they said would grant me one free delivery. i have yet to have gotten any kind of free delivery token or code even after doing it twice since, for some reason, it let me do that, but to no avail.

If I could give half a star, I would! Day by day, this app is proving that its service is getting worse. I ordered just four small items and waited too long for them to arrive. It took customer support 15 minutes just to track the order. Another time, they sent me a ROTTEN STEAK, and I never received a reasonable explanation for how such a thing could be delivered without proper quality control. How does an order go out without the food controller's confirmation? Totally unacceptable.

you can find pretty much everything you're looking for and the support team is very professional. Problems are very rare

Probably the best delivery app out there structure wise, just hope they fix their rating system because there is no way some of the restaurants I orderd from deserve those numbers

Support won't pick up, drivers cancel when the delivery destination isn't to their liking, been waiting for falafel for more than an hour what a failure of an app I wonder how it still works

I've made about 5 orders in the last week. Not a single one arrived on time. - jan 2025 edit: made 3 orders in August 2025 and again, not a single one arrived on time.

as an application and service it's perfect perfect but and that's a big but it's 2025 and toters app still slow as crazy this is unacceptable i use it many times daily and I'm thinking of switching just because the app is slow even on 4G+ this has to be solved as soooooon as possible unforgivable

I had just ordered some ice I had put down a note but when I reserved the ice cream and note was not there and they refused to change it for me when Im 100% I had put down a note this is the second time this had happened.

Food delivery deserves 0 stars. There's always missing items, this couldn't be the stores' fault every time. Drivers rarely find their way to the building, they never read instructions. Please note that this rating comes from a loyal customer but an upset one. why do we always have to wait another 30 minutes to an hour to receive the missing items it's just silly and inconvenient. I hope you fix these issues so we can change our rating.

I've been using this app for more than 2 years on and off. Everytime I give it a chance I get more disappointed. The drivers are awful and most of the time they're late, not knowing how to use maps, and not knowing even the main roads. Not to mention their amazing NON HELPFUL support that always promises to deliver the order "within the estimated time of arrival" that keeps updating. 🙄😒

the app isnt that bad the true issue is that most of the times drivers dont have change for ur payment and you should always carry exact amount even if you have small bank notes like 50$ or less

the UI is awful and unintuitive, ads for restaurants hours away get placed at the top of the chain, and deliveries are more than often late

The application is amazing, thank you but it rated my delivery fee at 130,000 L.L. and because of personal events in my life which is not professional and biased and abusive. This is a none acceptable behavior and prices on the application should be fixed. In addition, the application lacks professionalism and standard it procedures which should be randomed at standard application functionality and fixed prices. Thank you very much

I got 2 inconvenient orders with Totter and my rating was 1 star. But after the second issue I got a phone call from a well trained cutomer support manager I believe named Perla, she was so helpfull and clear and knew how to handle the situation, letting me know that they had technical issues and apologized for what happened. Now she's the reason why they have 4 star rating instead of 1

Toters has an amazing app, smooth and easy to use. But the delivery service is really disappointing — the drivers are the worst compared to other apps, often not listening or following directions. If the software is excellent but the service is poor, the overall experience still suffers.

very friendly support, they contacted me multiple times about the issue i had and refunded me the missing items, even though it wasn't exactly their fault to begin with. app is great overall, food comes usually hot and drivers are friendly, just wish they had some more brands in their fresh store.

is there any issue with this app? the app all of sudden closes all restaurants and won't let you place any order, then it opens for 5 maybe 10 min then it goes back to closing everything and it takes forever to open again , this have been happening for a long time and idk if it's only happening to me but it's really annoying.

Application is still buggy (even after being reported to the support team). They have not fixed it. You select the items in the cart, you see a price, and when you check out to place the order you see a different, higher price!
