Sometimes you can still place an order when the dining area is closed, so you have to wait several days to get a refund. The app should stop you from being able to place an order.

I think that this app is great! the only drawback is not being able to add gift cards to your payment. Overall, the app is easy to use and makes ordering much faster!

I guess its fine, lots of issues with orders. many options are unavailable when they are inperson. could do alot better

This app is easy to use and is very helpful if you are hungry and want to eat immediately after leaving class. It also helps you skip the lines and the wait sometimes.

Downloaded a while back but used for the first time today. Overall smooth process. Didn’t like the notifications about checking in or my order would be canceled. I was in a different building and it took some time for me to make it the QR check in code.
