This app is completely pointless if you have ds login you can't use your phone it won't tell you how much you owe, won't let you set up auto pay, won't let you set up a regular login the government involvement is on full display with being completely useless.

Well it was working sometimes, now it's not available for my phone. Back to the old long way to get in
Trash. login is slow and complicated and prone to freezing, navigation is a pain.
I am very disappointed with the services of Tricare. They don't coordinate your referrals or even contact you about them. They do not verify the providers they have listed on their own website. Half the time you contact the providers, and they say they don't accept Tricare. I wish they would care more about customer satisfaction than collecting a premium.
My password just stopped working, including biometrics. The error message says that the face was not recognized while asking for a fingerprint. I was able to reset my password, just by typing my old one, which was not validated since I entered the same darn thing. Filters on recent claims are all messed, so if you click on current year claims you will see the entire list from the previous year plus current, get your SELECT statement fixed in the code!
I have submitted the same request at least 5 times over the last 8 months and they still haven't processed it. Now my claims are getting denied and they don't do anything about it.
Pretty much useless. The authentication process constantly closes or crashes the app. I could only login after disabling MFA through DS Login on a desktop browser. Then my options are very limited. I can see past claims, but can't submit one? Is it still 1995? Aug Update: I'm glad to see the UI has improved. It still took 10 mins and a password change to login - DS Login requires a minimum 15 digit password, but the app only allows 12 digits to be entered resulting in "incorrect password"
logged in 3 months ago, zero issues, paid my premium. Went in to take care of my bill, and get told I need to update the app before logging in, which brought me to the play store. and now apparently the app update won't work with my particular phone. not cool, trying to pay my premium and can't because of this recent update
I can't even log in for my information on this app. I know it is the app because it works on the computer. I changed my password for nothing.
The app needs to be better. I have checked all my settings on my phone so that I can use biometrics to log in on my apps. This app keeps telling me to to set up biometrics on my phone in order to use it with the app. I have uninstall-ed and re-installed the app and that did not fix the issue. And sometimes the app just crashes when I am trying to open up my claims, etc. Hopefully these issues can be resolved with the next update.
