This app is completely pointless if you have ds login you can't use your phone it won't tell you how much you owe, won't let you set up auto pay, won't let you set up a regular login the government involvement is on full display with being completely useless.

Well it was working sometimes, now it's not available for my phone. Back to the old long way to get in

Trash. login is slow and complicated and prone to freezing, navigation is a pain.

I am very disappointed with the services of Tricare. They don't coordinate your referrals or even contact you about them. They do not verify the providers they have listed on their own website. Half the time you contact the providers, and they say they don't accept Tricare. I wish they would care more about customer satisfaction than collecting a premium.

My password just stopped working, including biometrics. The error message says that the face was not recognized while asking for a fingerprint. I was able to reset my password, just by typing my old one, which was not validated since I entered the same darn thing. Filters on recent claims are all messed, so if you click on current year claims you will see the entire list from the previous year plus current, get your SELECT statement fixed in the code!

I have submitted the same request at least 5 times over the last 8 months and they still haven't processed it. Now my claims are getting denied and they don't do anything about it.

Pretty much useless. The authentication process constantly closes or crashes the app. I could only login after disabling MFA through DS Login on a desktop browser. Then my options are very limited. I can see past claims, but can't submit one? Is it still 1995? Aug Update: I'm glad to see the UI has improved. It still took 10 mins and a password change to login - DS Login requires a minimum 15 digit password, but the app only allows 12 digits to be entered resulting in "incorrect password"

logged in 3 months ago, zero issues, paid my premium. Went in to take care of my bill, and get told I need to update the app before logging in, which brought me to the play store. and now apparently the app update won't work with my particular phone. not cool, trying to pay my premium and can't because of this recent update

I can't even log in for my information on this app. I know it is the app because it works on the computer. I changed my password for nothing.

The app needs to be better. I have checked all my settings on my phone so that I can use biometrics to log in on my apps. This app keeps telling me to to set up biometrics on my phone in order to use it with the app. I have uninstall-ed and re-installed the app and that did not fix the issue. And sometimes the app just crashes when I am trying to open up my claims, etc. Hopefully these issues can be resolved with the next update.

Functional, but poorly designed. Navigation is bafflingly convoluted (back button doesn't work... You need to tap on the name to switch between family members? Weird). Screens are often just captured browser windows instead of native "app-like" functionality. Was able to log right in and access data though. Edit: zero results for my PCM, despite them being listed in my profile. Just trying to make an appointment, but it's apparently not possible. What is even the point of this app?

Unable to login. Directions tell me to select FAQ BEFORE logging in, but that hotlink doesn't work. I have no access! I will adjust my review when this issue is resolved. Please quit telling us individually to contact you and provide a general fix that the majority of us can use. Many of us have the same issue so why should we contact you for a cut-n-paste resolution when you can post it here for us to try?

Horrible app with no way to reset your password or recover the user name. It keeps saying "we've emailed the email on file". This is a horrible way to do it as either it is not sending the email, or I do not have access to the email address any longer. I have no idea what email address is on file. This leads to me being perpetually locked out of the app.

I keep having difficulty logging in. When I do log in the visuals are so tiny that is not what a app is supposed to look like. I thought the sole purpose of downloading a "APP" is to be able to make it easier to see your information and adjust accordingly rather than going online and exposing all your info. Also I have a LG stylo 5 and all of the sudden the APP is no longer compatible with my phone.

POOR!! Trying to register, the block to type ssn or DOD# doesn't allow the numbers to type properly. Thus, can't register... I followed through after much frustration, only to be disappointed by what the app provides. Just referrals. Yes, useful. But why do I need this app just for that. Also the notes for the referrals are vague. When referrals are off base, should have easier access to request a particular off base provided. I like and prefer receiving Humana referrals in the mail!!

It wouldn't allow me to sign in on the app, or on DS, with my known password, so I tried to change my pw. I tried to put in my SSN, but it wouldn't allow me to type it in. I'm on an older phone, android 7, so perhaps that's the problem. It appears you have some bugs to fix. I love the idea of going digital. Good luck! I'll be back when I get a new phone.

What's the point of having an app if I can't even login on it... instead, I have to do it as a ds login account, go to their website, go through multiple security check, then back to the app. This means that every time I want to check my medical bills, referrals, or anything else, I have to waste minuites of my time simply to login. Now, if I have to check that multiple times through the day, I'm now wasting an absurd amount of time. It almost seems intentionally designed this way. Fix. It.

Downloaded and installed yesterday. Terrible APP, does not work at all. As others have mentioned, when you try to log in to the APP it opens up a browser instead and the login attempt fails every time and that is using the correct credentials. I can use my phone and laptop via the available browsers on each and log in without issues. The APP is worthless and I advise against downloading it until they get this thing fixed. I would give a Zero rating, but that doesn't exist.

Installed on a Samsung Z Flip. I'm able to log in without issue but other than that, it's a complete waste of time and resources on my phone. The screen looks as though they took a webpage and tried to cram the entire view on a smaller screen. One big help would actually have the ability to send and view messages which is non-existent in my version. Click on Contact Us and get a page with phone numbers and addresses. No way to send a message. Bad thing is I got an email stating I had a new message and had to wait before I got home before I could view it. Click on "Send app feedback" and it wants to open Gmail or Outlook. I use an app for my primary care physician and it allows me to everything as their website. Don't waste your time. Not worth the effort.

The app is so poorly designed. You can not easily log in for one. It won't let you switch from it to the authenticator app without closing. When you reopen it, you have to re log in, which means your code has expired. You also can't easily find information except your name and your doctor's name, along with searching for specialists. Not helpful at all. The website is far easier than this nonsense.
