only thing I have an issues wit not being able to pay a diff price than what's on the invoice. it has to be the exact amount.

Extremely slow, crashes often. Force stop, cache clear, uninstall/reinstall does not help.

Every once in a while there is a bug, but for the most part, it's a fantastic app for those who rent from Tricon.

App crashes about 99% of the time, and smart home features time out almost all the time. pretty much a useless app.

I love how extremely easy it is to pay rent every month everything is as it should be with no hidden fees like the last place l lived i log on it shows me the rent price and it's paid with a tap on the screen, However I DO NOT LIKE HAVING A NEARLY ( $40 CHARGE EVERY MONTH FOR A RENTAL OF A WASHER AND DRYER THAT WAS ALREADY HERE THAT WAS APPARENTLY IN MY LEASE THAT I MISSED THAT THEY WILL NOT LET ME OUT OF EVEN THOUGH I CAME WITH BRAND NEW ONE'S THAT IM STILL PAYING FOR THEY JUST REFUSED)

I have only been in my new home for a couple of months. And I love the fact that when you put in a work order for repairs they are on it sending out capable technicians like Mr. Joe who did an awesome job. Thank you Tricon.

The app frequently does not work. It often won't connect to the smart home or allow for payments to be processed or bank accounts to be connected. I have also had it log me out multiple times while actively using it.

This app does not work on the Pixel 10 series. When I open the app it's just a white screen. Nothing ever loads!

app is not loading after installing it and re installing it over and over, I need to put in a maintenance request and it if rather frustrating. when It does work it works fine

This is the worst website ever. It's hard enough to get response, Took 9 months to get a sliding glass door replaced And now I'm searching for help from them to replace my dishwasher that stopped working. I dont think they really want a review................................................................................................................................................................

I can't say how much do I hate this app, and how offended I feel that they make me pay $50 dollars for a thermostat that does not react with the app, it does not matter how many times you set the temperature you ended going to the thermostat because it does not work, only the door knobs works. I could buy a Google nest and a yahle Knob for the price I pay on a year this is absurd

App terrible. Took several minutes to load just one page of some of the maintenance request pages and the doorbell cam often fails to load or takes forever. Biometric login works about half the time. Images fail to upload most of the time. It's also fairly disappointing the smart home features cost $35 per month but there's no integration with Google Home. The smart home camera does not work.

The app doesn't work half the time. When I FINALLY get logged in after password resets & lots of frustration, it says there is no lease associated w/ this account- there is though! When I want to lock my front door, it says that it is already locked- it's not! I end up having to click unlock & then lock to get it to work. It's just a garbage app & most times I end up having to log in to the Tricon site to manage my "smart home", & the resident portal to pay my rent.

The Tricon folks couldn't be more accommodating and personable, but the app... Unresponsive is being too kind. This app freezes and crashes nearly every time I use it. Login in with biometric is glitchy, and bio prompt will load twice even after the app has already opened. Don't get me started about the Smart Home integrations! 25 minutes to open the doorbell settings package... please, do some testing to work the bugs out. The kicker is I have to pay for this service in addition to rent...

Disappointing I noticed that Tricon has not replied since 2024. I see no responses in 2025. Notable that when we moved in during 23, the personnel were reachable and very accommodating. The web worked, the app does not. The wireless hub often and frequently does not connect to the network and recently I have several sevices that do not connect to the hub. I would not again, be part of a paid system that does not work.

On boarding steps don't update to show completed once confirmed. The text field to enter checking account information is character locked to 12 digits. I have a rent reward credit card that can't be entered because of a programming oversight. I called and talked to an agent on our onboarding date (1/27) and was assured a support ticket was open to address the issue. I waited a few days,but the issue was still not resolved, and a good thing I did as the penny verification took 3 days to go thr

App is slow and unreliable. They charge a Smarthome fee each month, but the house is not a Smarthome. The thermostats do not support even a basic schedule. You can sometimes turn them on and off via the app. Sometimes, it will get stuck loading. My service will support streaming HD video without issues, so it is not my end. Sometimes it will say you changed the thermostat setting but in fact it did nothing. If they didn't extort money for Smarthome features, I could have bought real thermostats.

I was transferred over from Pathlight Property Management, never had any issues getting rent paid until now. Their app wont let me add new payment methods, I've tried doing WIPS but the ID number they gave me is invalid. I cant seem to get anyone on the phone, on hold for over an hour. Once on the phone with a person though they do try to troubleshoot the issues. Their customer service is not terrible but the wait time is horrendous and the App is basically useless.

The first month was the ONLY time I have been able to use this app. The app is stated to be the primary means of paying payments and/or requesting maintenance, but for months now it just constantly states it's undergoing maintenance and to try again later. Later never works nor does the retry button work. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't do anything either. I've had to jump through hoops and call a representative to figure out how to make a payment before. It's completely inconvenient!

Still have not set all the water bill issues. Not had a chance to make it to the library to print the lease. When you call the 24-hour maintenance number, no. one answers. There are not too many options on the app. Trying to be patient. The guys who have come are great, though. Pathlight was easier when it came to maintenance, even though not everything was completed. Those who do answer the phone are nice. I am going on two hours of being on hold, and the app just logged me out.
