I like the app for most things but lately I haven't been able to use it to make a payment. It asks if I want to make a payment, then the heart just buffers for infinity. This is an important part of the app. If this function could be fixed, the app would be great!
Amazing App. I can message my doctor about my meds, and I'm able to schedule appointments, and more. I love this app.
You can view one message and then must log in again to view another? There needs to be a back button or an overview/main screen option in the drop-down, but currently I don't see one. Keep working on getting the basics established *before* trying to release it, on your next version.
This app has helped me relate my needs to my Doctor in a quick and easy way. Very prompt on returning an answer or update. I also like how I can review and see results from visits, X-rays, Tests and other appointments. I can pay any co pay costs easily from this app.
this is a nice ap. I'm not paying to use it though. this should be free to patient so they can get refills and be able to talk to their doctor. I pd once 20 I'm not doing it again. I rated it a five when they didn't charge. I don't see how they think poor people are able to pay when there on a fixed budget and can barely pay rent and other bills. thank you for your time
Ever since they changed to this new format, I've had trouble with everything from sending messages to requesting refills. Please review and find out what is causing these issues. As a person with limited mobility, myChart is an important part of my healthcare regimen. Thank you.
This app is possibly the best medical one I've used so far. Makes communicating with your health care team so much easier than a phone call, and you can look back on your connection to reference anything you may have forgotten or missed. Your Healthcare team at your literal finger tips!!!
The previous app they used was quite useful, but this Trinity Health MyChart app feels much more clean and easier to navigate. Doesn't feel like it's chugging slowly when going to different pages. I'm pretty confident this one has some added features that the previous app didn't have. Highly recommend using it! And good job to the engineers/coders/etc for making such a clean app! 😁
After recent hospitalization I had test results to review before the ED doctor read them. In this way, I was better able to discuss my condition and care, and also to question items not brought up. I know the doctors and the nurses were surprised I was able to track my treatment so well. This app truly made the difference in my treatment. After discharge I was reminded of the follow up I needed which was amazing because I generally don't do the follow up.
This is the one to use if you have an Android phone! The regular MyChart is not available for download (unsure why), but from reviewing the weblink, this one has all that you need. It's easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. A message board makes it easy to leave notes or questions for providers any time. Nice and helpful.
Very convenient and super useful. A patient is able to view test results, request a med refill, schedule appointments, and send messages to the doc/nurse for much faster responses. I think everyone should use this. It gives patients control of the process.
the scheduling part of the app keeps telling me I can't schedule any kind of appointment with my doctor until December. I have been trying for 6 months to schedule through the app. I do not like this part of the app. when you explain the 0roblem to the person answering the phone, all you get is that's weird or you can't have a physical until December. I tried to tell them I can't schedule any kind of appointment and again was told that was weird.
Best app ever. I can communicate with SJRMC via emails, and the response time is amazing. Everything from health questions, appointments, and RX issues.
Worst app ever. Cant add insurance, book appointments, add doctors. Nothing. Also never responsive to issues. Id give a 0 but its forcing a 1.
I love it, stores all my tests, procedures, appointments, I can message my dr and set up appointments l, probably the best app I have.
My Chart good for information. However, repeative tasks asking for redundant Check In and the app not knowing when tasks either have been completed or complied with leads to confusion, wasted effort by all concerned and encourages avoiding the app or viewing the process and related repeating tasks as useless.
This app is totally frustrating. My Chart cannot remember my name AND password for any length of time. For example, they had lost it yesterday and I had to go through the whole process of resetting it and today they are once again telling me that I am trying an invalid password. I'm not doing anything different. Trinity Health MyChart is not helpful. A phone number would be appreciated so a person could talk with someone instead of being constantly told that "they're using an invalid password"
I just started using this app since my new doctor and hospital participate with it. I like this medical portal because it's fairly easy to use and takes the guess work out of what I want to know regarding my healthcare results and history. I am a previous healthcare professional, and this system helps to prevent things from falling through the cracks since the providers today are extremely busy and you have to be able to fend for yourself.
