Pretty frustrating that everytime I try to update my profile, it won't let me make any updates. I get an error message that says "cannot leave blank" when there is literally NO OTHER FIELD TO UPDATE. Leave what blank?? Every available field is filled out. The arrow that accompanies that little bit of genius error message doesn't actually point to anything I can correct.

The smoothies and food are good, that is why I have the app. However, I didn't know until after my order was confirmed/sent that the app automatically adds over a 15% gratuity for pick-up orders! That is not a tip, that is theft! If I want to tip, I should be able to decide to do so on my own accord. I'm sure the employees don't mind (as I saw on a sign at your location that your starting pay is $10/hr), but from a customer service standpoint, it is frustrating and a huge turn off!

Creating an account should be as frictionless as possible. However, there is no way to do so without either logging in through Facebook, which I don't have a Facebook account anymore, or through an email address and password. Autofill doesn't work on this app. It's almost like the developer decided to say hey. We can take an iOS app and make it. Android, when Android and iOS are two different platforms. Also, the fact that you can't add the loyalty card directly to Google wallet makes this app s

Sure, the app will let you order from any Tropical Smoothie Cafe location, but if you have any order issues, (like going to pick up your order only to find the location has been shut down by the health department for inadequate refrigeration and lack of business license) you'll be told to contact whatever individual franchise location you ordered from for your refund. Ok, let me just call this closed location without a business license for a refund on a smoothie I never got! Makes perfect sense.

Terrible app, doesn't take 0 as a digit for zip codes, so can't even sign up with a new account. I also lost all my rewards because I can't even sign into my account due to not being able to log in because of a new update logging me out. Super unfunctional. I only picked up from Tropical Smoothie because it was so convenient and now it's not anymore, so that's a frequent customer lost for them.

It seems impossible to set “no sugar” as a default in the app. More than once I’ve had to throw away smoothies, wasting time and money. The sugar option doesn’t stand out when rushing before closing, so it’s easy to miss. By the time I notice, it’s too late. Your smoothies are already sweet enough. Adding a profile setting for sugar preference would eliminate frustration and keep customers coming back. It feels like the app is working against me instead of with me.

Whatever your most recent update did, messed up the entire app - errors all throughout the ordering process. And at the end I got charged twice for a single order with an error message along the lines of "payment has been made, but your order has not been placed"?! Who even approved such a message? Why would you take my money and then decline to place the order?

The app requires a lot of invasive permissions, like being able to see your location while it's not open. And the rewards aren't very good: you need to get like six smoothies before you have enough points for even a free add-in. And the points expire after a week! It's a stingy program and a bad app, not worth it.

I can no longer use my app :( one day my app wouldn't load so I uninstalled and reinstalled it and ever since I haven't been able to log in. I have it linked through facebook and every time I try to log in it shows a quick error screen and goes back to the original log in screen. I contacted support but never heard back. it's been 2 months of me un and re installing with no success. can't justify the price of the food if I'm not getting rewards :/

This app is terrible. It’s impossible to just look at the menu without having your location on. You can’t navigate anywhere in the app (rewards, profile, etc.) without your location being on and jumping through hoops to grant location permission. Even when you get through all of that, it's still glitches and brings up the map. Awful!

Want to order ahead? It's going to cost you. The app doesn't give you access to their happy hour and charges an additional fee for "estimated taxes and fees." I live in a state that doesn't tax food and the business should incur the cost of their app out of their profit margin. I went in and ordered and my meal was 3 dollars cheaper than the price in the app - save yourself some money and don't use the app (and keep your data private since they can share it with 3rd party vendors)

I had a great rating on this app until recently. I've had three times the issue where the payment gets declined, but they show up on my accounts as charged (more than once each time). I go in to ask for help but they just have me pay it in person. What's the point of the app anymore then? I can't order in advance and the food be ready anymore.

the app won't open. I can't log in. this has been on going since the last update. I've tried multiple times on different days. Uninstalled, reinstalled. I can't get past the log in. it freezes and the app closes. I even logged into the full site to ensure my password was correct. if I can't collect rewards than I will continue to drive right by the location.

its been another month and the app still fails and now the websites do as well. I can't log in to see my rewards, and when i log in to order, I'm not sure that I'm getting my rewards. please fix the app and the websites. I was spending between $20 & $40 each trip, a few times a week... I refuse to go back until I can see my rewards that you promote.

I cannot log into the app AT ALL. I keep entering my login information and the app continuously freezes. NOBODY has addressed the issue and I will quit this loyalty program an no longer shop/eat at tropical smoothie. It's already overpriced and now we can't use the app or our rewards?! Some people don't have the luxury of going into cafes to order due to our work schedules. It's a shame you would rather lose out on sales instead of fixing the issue. If I could give 0 stars I would

Came to the comments to the app to check if it was just me. Even after resetting my password and checking it through the site, the app won't log me on saying my credentials don't work. I've just really started to get into eating at Tropical Smoothie, but this experience has been super frustrating. I wanted to get the benefits of points/their reward system. I'm surprised you can't access any of that through the site, only the app which doesn't work.

I've never had a problem with the app until today. Please fix it. I had to go through Uber, which means that I'm not going to get points for my purchase due to y'alls error, and it costs more as well. It keeps popping an error message about the payment method in app and online... so something is wrong on both ends, and it's not my card because if that was the case, Uber would've failed, too.

Can't use the app at all now, because logging in is broken. It keeps saying my username and password are invalid, but it's wrong, because the same creds work for the Tropical Smoothie Café website. Tired of needing my laptop to order. Previous Review: You can't select a location by tapping it on the map. This is a pretty serious problem, because when I try to guess the name of the location, it often ends up choosing a place halfway across the country. Other than that, the app works pretty well.

Points not being added after placing an order through the app. I had to contact support to receive points for my last 4 orders. Then support gave me additional points for the inconvenience, but those points were not added to my account. All points show earned in my account history, but aren't showing under my available points, therefore, I can't use the points I earned towards purchases. It's how's 0 points when I should have at least 1800. Smh!

this is one of my favorite rewards apps because the points do add up quickly and they have great promotions. what is not great is the way the app estimates how far away is the nearest restaurant is. I had a small window to order lunch, and the app told me the nearest location was 5 minutes away, So I placed my order and then set my GPS to navigate there. It was actually 15 minutes away! I called to tell the story about the issue but I did not receive a refund. very frustrating!
