I highly recommend you do not download this app. It is absolutely ridiculous considering the other delivery apps. They do not pay their drivers well and when it's a mistake on THEIR end they do not help whatsoever. For example, I did a delivery for $10, the app was having issues and would not let me confirm the order. When I messaged support all they did was cancel the order, even though it was delivered properly. When trying to get help with this issue, the representatives didn't do anything.

I tested with my camera phone, and got sharp images. The issue is clearly with the app itself. What makes it worse is that there's no option to upload an existing pictures. If the in-app camera doesn't work properly, users should at least be allowed to upload a clear image from their gallery. Please fix the camera functionality or add an upload feature.
Originally signed up to do deliveries. Account and documents were uploaded and verified in less than 24 hours. Then I got a car that qualified to do rides and signed up for that.That process has been under review for 6+ weeks. Customer support is not helping. Talking with them feels like they are on a time limit and don't really care. UPDATE: Turns out my car isn't getting approved because their app doesn't have my cars color as an option. It's a default color option from the factory too.
This app will pull you in by very quickly moving you up the levels for completing deliveries. It's easy to navigate in that way. However, it will quickly go from a $85-$110 night average to a consistent $50 a night for NO REASON. You can inquire but it's a bot and it's useless trash. It will expect you to go 18 miles for $3, and if it shows that, the tip is $1. Also the navigation is slightly off and moves slowly. I'm so disappointed.
The app has an issue with reading enhanced ID's, the order system has a hard time handling multiple orders at once especially when shopping. Support is very obviously reading from a step by step list which becomes more apparent when I am on the phone with them every other day. If the problem could be resolved by restarting the app I wouldn't have called
1) GPS is lacking. Make a u-turn instead of a left hand turn into a complex. Unnecessary toll roads when the location is down the street. 2) I have yet to learn how to find out if an order has multiple pickups before accepting. I don't realize it until I'm off to the next destination and it's a restaurant and not an individual's home. 3) My phone will last 2 hours before it overheats and turns off. As a phone addict, no other app does this. So, not much $ can be made.
Im not able to pick up rides. Its saying under rides "needs attention" or "review items to unlock map area in red" but all of my documents are green and when I contact customer service, they say everything is good on their end. I've logged out and back in, I've uninstalled and reactivated the app, I've even re-uploaded all of my documents and still nothing. And yes, I can pick up food deliveries but thats not what im wanting to do.
There's a huge safety problem with the app. There is no satellite view, there are no addresses displayed, therefore I can't check where it's going and what to expect. There are a ton of bad parts around here. Another huge issue is that when a delivery pops, and you're typing something, you always accidentally accept it. THERE'S NO CONFIRMATION. The pay is an absolute joke. i have 15yrs of all kinds of driving experience and I have never seen pay this has. my own gas, car and wear and tear.... .
I've been using this application for over 7 years now. If you use it wisely you can make a ton of cash. I have 3 major concerns that need to be fixed. Firstly, there NEEDS to be a way to filter the orders that are presented to us! I constantly have to decline multiple orders before I get a good one (This is especially annoying when you are in the middle of dropping of an order and looking for the address!). Next is wasted time and gas on missing orders! That shouldn't count against us with noPAY
The app calculates the distance from you to the rider incorrectly. I have a lot of screenshots, and before I accepted a ride, I had to see on the map and try to estimate the distance from where I am to the pickup point. this happened after the couple previous updates from now, and it is still happening until the date of this comment, and hopefully, they will fix it soon.
This app needs to be updated and fixed. I've been flagged multiple times for suspicious activity, and now my account is messed up! I'm not doing anything wrong! My payment edit was paused when Support suggested I edit my bank stuff due to suspicious activities. I can no longer cash out because my debit card got removed from the account before it was paused. The app won't let me log in on my secondary device. I can only log in on my main one that I don't like using for Uber! I ran out of space🤬
The app overlay is actually infuriating. I've had to cancel orders because as I'm writing a message to a current customer a new order will pop up mid sentence & my finger was already on the screen! No chance to review the offer, just accepted. & some of them have been heinous (+$5 for what turned out to be 23miles extra?!) I've contacted support a few times & it's apparently everyone's first day & they have no idea what I'm talking about or just keep repeating "it will be fixed after 100 trips"
Do you hate us drivers? Please give the full address at all times including the CITY! I just had to cancel at a gated community because the app refused to tell me the address! I'm passing my pick up locations! It's dangerous! Now, the destination filter isn't working! It was better when I could pick a time. I regularly need to go 45-90 minutes away. I'd like to work along the way! I liked when I could pick a destination time! Please fix it! And the email that you have listed doesn't work!
horrible app! had nothing but problems! no support! keeps sending ridiculous rides that is 47 min away for $6 OVER AND OVER, causing rating to drop. support team never helps. got to the point they told to me to uninstall and reinstall app. now I can't get into it all. and because I can't get into it, there's no way to call them to fix it. you won't make any money. it's the worst app I have ever used!!!!
The app is very outdated and MANY features do not work properly or are useless and in the way. Also, the app doesn't always pay the driver for wait-time during trips with multiple stops. when trying to get help with this issue, support just sends an article stating that wait time doesn't apply at hospitals and airports. I've never had a multiple stop trip at a hospital or airport. so we're just being scammed.
Since yesterday everytime I accept a new ride within a current ride, a notification pops up saying "something went wrong" this is making my acceptance rate decrease, preventing me from reaching the next level. customer service says I just have to accept it even if it is an app issue. Extremely unfair. i just started 3 weeks ago and never had an issue.
The people who use this app do not pay enough for the trips they want me to take. I am not about to go deliver your food 15 miles away after waiting for your food for 25 minutes just to be paid $3.50. That's not how this works. Your app is also too loud, restricts how I use my phone when I'm on your app, the map requires CONSTANT manhandling (which is illegal btw), and doesn't allow for the level of control over the app that I would expect from a company that actually cares about it's people.
Navigation is broken and has been for over 3 years. Messages from customers pop up repeatedly until you tap them. The app glitches out and stops working all together at random times, yet still shows you is active even though it considers you offline. Grocery shops for items that are sold by weight never show the weight that the customer wants. So you have to contact the customer or just guess. The permissions it demands of every user are insane. Essentially, it takes over your phone.
Driving for Uber Eats has been great overall - I haven't had issues, and people usually tip well. At first, I seemed to get better, higher-paying offers, but after the first month, those became less frequent. It feels like order quality and volume go down over time. Also, the gas reimbursement doesn't seem accurate — I once drove 30 minutes and only got $4.
Driving for this service used to be great, now they penalize you for literally everything even though its not your fault basically making it impossible to keep any of the Uber Pro status' for longer than a day or two. If you try to work a flat rate but you have to cancel because an order was picked up by someone else, they never received it or they won't be able to complete it before closing you'll never get to actually work your flat rate that you signed up for because they will yank it away.
