Been using Understood: Support ADHD Kids for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps parents track their kids’ big emotions and learn strategies to deal with them. Pretty solid if you’re a parent of a child with ADHD or dyslexia.
Here’s what you do: you log the challenging behaviors your kid is having, and the app gives you personalized insights and new strategies to try. There’s also lessons on things like cognitive behavioral therapy – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s actually really useful.
Look, if you’re a parent struggling with your child’s big emotions, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can get a little glitchy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
