The Vagaro app has a clean, user-friendly layout that makes booking barber appointments quick and simple. It’s easy to track visits and the reminders are super helpful. My only suggestion would be to add the option to search for appointments by available times, not just dates. That feature would make scheduling even more efficient.

The app is very slow and buggy. It takes me almost half an hour to book a haircut because the app won't load, or I get kicked out, or it crashes, or something else. Very frustrating app to use. the only positive I guess is that it still works in the end if you have the patience

My stylist previously used Schedulicity, but sadly said it was acquired by this company, Vagaro. The calendar only shows one week at a time (instead of the whole month), and there is no indicator on the calendar of which days actually have appointments available. It therefore requires random clicking to determine what days have appointments, and there is a 1-2 second lag to show appointments (Schedulicity was instant). Huge disappointment that this is the new platform.

APP IS GARBAGE!!!! Had to download because the massage therapist my wife uses changed to this. App is very difficult to use for booking, may or may not actually align with openings and correct person. Payment was another horrible experience. Received text to make payment even though card was on file. App wouldn't let me pay because payment token expired in less than 15 minutes. Absolutely horrendous payment process when I finally got there.

Worst app? Worst website? Why do salons use this? Made an appointment and it didn't show up in my account? Purchased gift card, selected print option, but there was no option to print nor did i get any invoice or receipt for when the gift card will be sent. I do not get the point of this app? To make things more frustrating?!

This has always been a life saver!! But it has started to be glitchy, it's sent reminders to my customers with the wrong time. They went up on the price and the quality was gone down. It's so slow to respond I have to double check that it is actually on my appt book, and half the time now I can't get it to the time I need. It's stuck. They need to fix this, asap

So I was ABOUT to transfer money over from my savings to my checking account so that I can purchase the membership, but before I did so; didn't know if it was a scam or not, so I had $1.75 in my account & wanted to see if it would even go through because it SAYS u get the first month FREE & WON'T be charged until after 30 days. But they ended up taking the $1.75 in my account & it said "sorry, there's only $.01 on this card. Try another card" but took my money anyways! Screw this app!

Absolutely damn ridiculous, I've been trying to cancel this enrollment for more than a month. It's the great Chase, they don't list a phone number for America for support services. There is no online support, either. This is ridiculous that you cannot request that your information be deleted. I downloaded the app thinking there might be a way to reach out to customer service, but, they don't include any contact information for customer service nor is there a displayed email address or website.

As an Android developer. This is the worst 'professional' app I have ever seen. The app was unusable to book an appointment. I tried 4 times in different ways. Map view is unusable as you cannot scroll or zoom to a destination. Multiple times during booking I just got an error message telling me it failed but with no recovery or information to why it failed. Ultimately I could not use this app and I just called the business to scheduled over the phone.

Customer service has no common sense. Transactions will decline or say error and you won't get paid. I've had clients get double charged and call me and I've had to refund them out of my pocket. I have constant issues with the checkout device. I'll be making a switch immediately. I don't enjoy working for free or having such a difficult checkout process for my clients. I shouldn't have to chase my clients down for money they've paid.

Trying to add classes, says they're already in my cart and then when I go to my cart, it makes me sign in again (after I'd already initially signed in) and then tells me my cart is empty. Tried restarting, deleting the cache, and reinstalling the app, and it's still doing the same damn thing. Navigation is clunky, and it's just not set up well.

I have tried using this app to schedule appointments. It has issues loading pages. I had an appointment set and confirmed but show up to the salon and they have nothing in there system about the appointment. The stylist nor the salon got anything on a booking. We were at the salon 10 minutes early and showed the confirmation for the appointment but they wouldn't see us because they booked someone else.

Support and tooling centered around the business's customer experience. I could not find a support section for users that were not the business. Also, I do not trust the review section. I had a booked session with a business that was canceled less than 24 hours before. Saying they do not offer a service that I booked on Vagaro. When I tried to leave a review to warn others, it allowed me to go through the process, then gave me an error message at sumbit.

It is the worst. I made two appointments. Vagaro asked to update my calendar but failed because of a data error both times. I never received a confirmation email for the appointments. When I try to view the appointments, get a screen to make an appointment. There is no help or contact function in the application. I feel sorry for the businesses which pay for their services.

I have used this app to schedule my clients' appointments for 3 months, at first it worked very well but now when my clients try to book the app it does not show the available times, I have called technical support many times to solve the problem and they only told me that they are working on it... there are many businesses in my area that use VAGARO and are having this same problem. I'm just going to wait a few more days and if they don't resolve it I'm going to cancel my account.

First off, it worked perfectly fine. Then outta nowhere when I tried to check if my request for an appointment has been accepted, it keeps telling me "Oops! An error has occurred." It signs me out, won't sign me back in, and if I manage to sign in when I change tabs it signs me out and I can't sign in again. I uninstalled and reinstalled but no dice. The app is garbage.

It used to be the the best app. But now it is the worst ever. It keep loading up,it takes for ever to open the client profile, then to check out them. We can't swip the credit card which cost more fees. The cost of the credit card processing is so high and in the end of the year I pay a thousand of dollars just for fees. Too many issues, I am looking for another company. So sad

Normally, I really like this app. I like how you can bookmark your favorite businesses & see all your appointments in one place. But lately, it keeps sending me notices that a spot has opened in a class I'm on the wait list for, but when I click on the link, it still shows as 'full'. I hope they can get this fixed soon! The random, repeated texts are getting annoying....

Unusable app. It was amazing for a while. Now, I can no longer view my appointments or change payment information. It keeps showing an error that says "invalid token" I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing happened. I looked in the FAQ for answers but the information there is for the business owners not the clients. The app is worthless. There is no customer support. Don't waste your time.

Used to be a really great app. I loved using it to book my hair appointments and tattoos. Now I can't even get it to fully load when I open it. Nothing shows up on my screen and I can't book appointments. I can't rven see local businesses. I don't know if the newest patch accidentally caused a bug or something but it's really annoying. I hope it gets corrected soon.
