App worked great when setting up and connecting my bank account via Plaid...everytime I try to get an advance it says Plaid is taking too long to check my account and to try again in a couple of days been happening for a month. Plaid worked just fine to connect my account and take your $7.99 subscription fee

2 days the app have been doing the same thing when it comes time to give advance. I've uninstalled then reinstalled and it's doing the same bs. One of the worse apps/co I've ever dealt with. PEOPLE DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!! I really wanted to give zero stars but I had to give 1 in order to review.
So I downloaded the app and did get an advance and I really wanted to stick with them. Then a situation happend beyond my control and my paycheck was no longer being direct deposited so in order to avoid an Overdraft I sent a email to there support on July 23rd and informed them I was Revoking my ACH Authorization. I recieved an email stating this would stop all payments including membership fees to come out of my account. They took the money anyway AUG 1 then Deactivated my account.
Do not use this app. applied for loan 4 days later after I had tried contacting support over and over and only got an automated response each time. I canceled my account at 9:30 am est on 8/5/25 and still nothing from support. After 5pm est on 8/5/25 they put the money in my account so they could charge the 6.99 fee and I bet they will will try to make me pay the membership 7.99 fee even thought until 8/8/25 I am under a free trial membership. I can tell this is going to become a nightmare.
Account was deactivated and deleted randomly with absolutely no explanation given. Contacted customer service, but have not gotten a response and it's been two days now. I don't know if it's a glitch or whatever, but overall not a good experience. There's much better apps out there.
I just started using the app. It was quick and easy to sign up. the only thing I don't like is it didnt allow me to add my pay days. I don't have a typical pay schedule, such as weekly or biweekly, I get paid twice a month. hopefully I won't incurre overdraft fees at my bank.
Very disappointed and frustrated! I paid $14.99 for a $60 cash advance to be expedited to my bank account and expected the funds to be delivered to my account right away but this did not happen. I'm now regretting that I even paid such an outrageous transaction fee because this was suppose to provide quick service and for myself to get the funds I requested right away. And customer service so far has been nonexistent.
once I get into the app it's quick and easy but then I get there. I ask for in advance and it says it takes 60 seconds or less and it just continues to load and load for 5 to 10 minutes before it shuts off and tells me to try again later and it sent it to me probably about 20 times
"bank account is too low, try again in 24 hours." Um....no, I'm going to try a different service. Who is the genius who designed the logic in that? like ...duh it's too low, it's nearly 0 at this moment, why do you think I downloaded this app?????!!!! I will not be returning, and I will be demanding my data deleted.
talk about disappointed. here I thought we had an app that would help me get in advance, and help me get back on my feet. no such luck. the app couldn't figure out how to calculate my bank deposits. despite the fact that they're very straightforward and it states it's a deposit. had account disabled and uninstalled
