Reviews for Village Inn Rewards

I got put on to this spot many years ago and when I returned to the 757 I was happy it was still standing. The crew has great energy and remember my family. Virginia Beach is huge and has a lot of residents and visitors so to have a place this good remember you is special in my book. If you come and see a line don't turn away because it could just be a large group waiting to be seated. Food is delicious., try a skillet

Nothing to complain about is always good. The food was cooked to perfection. It's a nice relaxing atmosphere. The waitress was very good at coming back to ask how everything was. I highly recommend this Village Inn.

Shalyn was an amazing waitress! She went above and beyond for us. We dont get out much, and I'm thankful we chose here. The food was great, quick service, and amazing hospitality.

I LOVE this app! Downloaded it not to long ago got the 10% off meal price right away my meal went from $17 to $7 with the 10% off and i just LOVE their fish they have in the Virginia MN one i will DEFINATELY be using this app every time i dine there for more reward points Altho i recently got a "get a free slice of pie" redeem idk yet if its just for a slice or if i could get a whole pie for free with it But i LOVE THIS APP!! I've never had any issue with it at all yet! 5 stars for me💟🤘

Do not order anything the cook does NOT want to make, my order was very badly packaged I only got one egg the other one was all over the bottom of the box and broken the other items were burnt so next time I will only order something simple! Have a nice day 😊

App is awful!!! Some restaurants don't know how to print the QR Code or how to scan the QR Code in the app. Other restaurants can print the QR Code but the app gives an error when trying to scan it. I have spent over $180 with VI and only one $23 charge was successful recorded to my account. This is the poorest excuse for a rewards app I have ever seen and I will not be returning to VI as a result of this. There are plenty of other restaurants who can get their technology to work.

Recent change of menu. Some things changed, others not. Good parking but recently opened food truck court patrons next door have decided they will use the lot too even tho there are signs that say "NO" 🛑. Servers are still polite & accommodating. Wednesday is still free pie 🥧 day. Still a good value for the money 💰. With prices as high as they have become at fast food places, you might as well sit down 🍽️☕ & enjoy your meal. Plus the reward program earns a good discount on future meals.

This is my 3-4 time ordering and not getting what I requested. I had to call the V.I. management to voice my concern. They took my name for the next time. But if they just pay attention to the added notes, there wouldn't be a problem. The food is tasty, as always.

Great App!! Extremely easy to use!! Anyone can use this app. They made it a 2 button interface: Redeem or Earn If you want more details there is a menu, but if you want an app your Great Grandma can even figure out this is it. Also great rewards!!

Just right now until they fix the app you can't get to the screen to scan the barcode and it's frustrating! It was working very well and I think they messed it up trying to make it better! I promise this was at 1 time working very well!

ordered breakfast to go couple of days ago. order was perfect. ordered same thing at the same hour today and it wasn't what I asked for. manager wasn't apologetic and I had to go back down there to get order replaced having to leave work to do so. wasn't compensated for extra hour of my wasted time and gas.

The app doesn't read the receipt or accept the code manually, it forces you to add your phone number to the account then have the points added at the register using the phone number. There was a sign at my table saying you get $10 reward for spending $11 after downloading the app..... nope.

VI was great (service, food and coffee included) BUT the app is super complicated, won't give me credit for the visit and not even the managers (2 tried figuring it out) said they've been having trouble with the app. Not something I would expect from a big chain restaurant.

Terrible. I used my "Welcome to the app!" $10 reward, and the cashier, Lena, refused to scan my code for the $10 off, making us pay full price. Now I have 4 hours, after we just ate here, to use this offer, and they're closing soon. First time at a Village Inn, will be my last.

I just recoved from Covid and was craving the Ultimate skillet, tired of eating soup for 3 weeks. I ordered for pick up and it did not disappoint. It was the best skillet I've eaten and cooked to perfection. Thanks to the Chef for making this important meal special for me. My taste buds are back!!! I may have to order again again tomorrow!

Good luck ever getting the offers to redeem (oh, you don't want to eat in during flu season with people who don't cover their mouths when coughing and sneezing? Too bad!) or not seeing errors pop up. Usability is practically nil, and you'd better hope you have perfect vision since you can't adjust the text size in the menu offerings. Whoever programs the app must be underpaid and forced to work too many projects at once since there's obviously no time for debugging or testing.

I had not been to Village Inn in quite some time. Service with our server was very slow and inattentive, but the other servers were busy and seemed to be doing a great job. Food was good.

First time using app for takeout and first time eating here for a while. I enjoyed the ease of ordering on the app and I tipped 10%. Going in I wasn't greeted. I was surprised the order was done and on the table by the door. I thought it felt light so I checked in my car and they forgot my pie slice. I went back in and it took a minute to be helped. There was no sense of urgency or even an apology that it was forgotten. it seems good service is a thing of the past. Had to reheat food at home.

Doesn't work at my local Village Inn! I tried to use the introductory $5 off coupon I got for installing the app. My local Village Inn in Federal Way, WA says they can't accept the coupon because they are a franchisee. I also can't earn points by scanning the bar code on my receipt. This is deceptive advertising. I'm deleting the app ASAP and I won't be back unless Village Inn makes this right.

When I first downloaded the app, it was good. I could redeem offers and scan the barcode on the bill to collect points. Now, the bills (in restaurant) don't have barcodes, they have QR codes that don't scan, so it seems you can only get points when you order through the app. And when you try to get help (app support), you are ignored. As the closest VI is in another town from me, I never know when I will be there and would rather eat in, so now the app is pretty much useless.
