Terrible app!! Payment is so terrible. Kept telling me that their was a problem with my billing address which the first time I went into Paypal I had chosen the wrong one so was correct, but after I fixed it it refused to update. Like it couldn't clear it's cache. No attempts were ever even made in the account as I get notifications off failed attempts. I obviously didn't complete my purchase. I will go to the box office and buy my tickets. Ludicrous!

Tickets are now always available to events purchased through Vivis Seats. I was unable to see/retrieve tickets to a recent concert, spent two hours on the phone with customer service and still, unable to get into the venue. Still cannot get an answer as to a refund. I spend hundreds of dollars and lost an entire evening that was supposed to be fun and exciting, to be disappointed. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. I will be using different method of purchasing moving forward.

This is a terrible app and company. First off, fees are crazy and are hidden at purchase. Then I purchased tickets to a show THREE years ago and the show has been rescheduled 3 times. They refuse to refund the tickets, since the show was not officially canceled and only rescheduled. For THREE years. Now I can't even access the tickets! Have been in contact with support with still no solutions and still no refund. Do. Not. Use. This. App!!!! Complete rip off. The worst experience I have ever had.

Kind of sketchy. I hate to write a negative review. I was buying 6 2025 spring training tickets (grapefruit league) with Vivid. I had all the competitors final prices and went with Vivid because they were a few bucks cheaper. That was because they promised a 10% discount on each ticket. When I got to checkout since they were the cheapest final price the promo code was already filled out. I hit the purchase button and I got an error. Had paypal already set and the tix were bought. Bait&Switch

This is legallized scalping, buy tickets from the venue not through third party leeches. Stop using these services and maybe people could afford to go to shows. Their canned response about connecting sellers is typical, but if they really cared, maybe regulate the prices? I got suckered into buying parking at a venue, not even thinking that someone would try to scalp a parking pass. Live and learn, and always go to the venue site first.

The pet ticket service charge is comparable to other ticket brokers. But charging me an extra $6.95 to email my tickets to me is just greedy, absurd, and unnecessary. I backed out of the program without completing the purchase. Erasing the app, and buying mt tickets at the event. Alternatively, you can download your tickets for $7.50 (download fee) in addition to the regular expected service fee.

This was my first AND last time purchasing a tickets through this app. When I got my ticket, it said a discounted price, but when actually I paid full price for it. When I called the customer service number all it did was give me voice related information. There was NO option to speak with someone on the phone. If you want to purchase tickets through vividseats, please use the website. I gave this app 2 stars from my experience.

Terrible. False Guarantee. They say they have one where if your tickets get canceled they will refund you. They give you credit instead. And you can't resolve your issues quickly because everything refers you back to emailing them instead of an online chat or a phone call. Unhappy with the service and now have to deal with them until I use up my "refund" credits on my account. Would never suggest anyone deal with this company.

First and last purchase! Would give zero stars if I could! Nothing like paying $114 each for MLB ticket (first time ever ordering) then when tickets were transferred, I see the face value of $43 listed! Also, you can forget getting customer service of any kind to respond. I will be letting PayPal know about my experience and hopefully everyone else does to (I can't be the only one). I understand making a profit, but that is ridiculous! I learned my lesson and will order from MLB next time.

The App itself is fine but it is very misleading. Most show you a total with fees but they show you a total without fees and then after you put your credit card info in for the order surprise your price increases by 9 bucks a ticket. Don't mind having fees but at least let people know they are there so they can decide if your app is really the best or cheapest for what you are looking for! This app will be deleted tomorrow after the game!

The price listed is not what I ended up paying. Plus it ended up being through another ticket website. So I had to download tbe other ticket agency No listings of fees or taxes. The bill only listed what I ordered and the total price. Final bill did nor match the ticket prices. You need to list the fees. Not coming back to this site. Plus you say you have a 4 1/2⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. That is a joke. If you look at all the reviews, most people gave you a 1 ⭐ Fake ratings.

I mistakenly chose to order my parking pass via VividSeats. I thought I could order them on the way to the game and easily use what I ordered to get parked. Instead, I received a runaround. First, the app tells you to download the tickets. I go to download them, and the app says in order to download, confirm your email. Ok, no problem. The only problem is, they never allow you to confirm your email. Or help you. Or give a refund when it's too late to use the tickets they don't allow you to have.

I hate that you don't see the final total before "place order". I recently bought tickets and got almost $100 surprise when I saw the total. $77 tickets, $30 fees added to each one. It made me look through my past purchased and all the same. Of course, I can't cancel or request a refund because "all sales are final". That would be fine if Vivid Seats would show you the amount you're about to pay before checking out!

Just like all other reviewers: A NIGHTMARE. Everytime I buy tickets from here the service fee is 30-50 dollars. What was the service? I literally did it myself?? However, that's not even the bad part, whenever they "send" you your tickets you have to go searching for where the barcode actually is in the email (with 4 other people it took 30 minutes to figure this out multiple times). Customer service is impossible and their chat AI is incompetent. I am so over it.

Non-Existent Customer Service! I've been using Vivid for years, bought countless tickets, first time needing customer service & I can't access it because it says my phone number doesn't match any account, so it won't even allow me to talk to anyone. I had to enter my phone number when I downloaded the app. Ridiculous. I had to email them and still haven't heard back and because ticket transfers happen just a couple days before your event, my issue might not get resolved in time.

BUYER BEWARE, $70 fee per ticket added at last step. I thought I was paying around $320 for two tickets to Hamilton in Orlando, but the final payment was $460 for two tickets. Transaction cannot be refunded (and they will not refund or reduce the fees they add for the transaction). Yes, the final cost is shown on the final order page, but that was after I had to create an account and enter my credit card information. Very deceptive. Will not use again.

Absolute nightmare! I purchased two tickets through this app for an Ed Sheeran concert. When my bestie and I got to the stadium last night, there was no barcode and nothing to scan, so we could not attend!!! I called their customer service number and that was no help at all. I was on hold for over fifteen minutes only to be told that they would "open an investigation" into the issue. How THAT was supposed to resolve the issue I was having at the moment, I have no frickin idea.

For me, this whole thing is a scam. I purchased a ticket for a tennis event. What followed was a series of emails asking me to download their app and log in, but no ticket. When I did all they wanted, their app showed that the tickets were delivered. I received nothing. So I tried to contact them. Their website said to go to the app. The app was totally unhelpful, just that we can confirm that we have sent you the tickets! I am calling my bank to reverse the charge.

Pros: App is easy to use, and you sometimes get discount offers. Con: does not disclose the existence of service fees (which are insanely high) until the very last step, when they appear to gouge the bejesus out of you. It's borderline dishonest/deceptive. I recommend sticking with StubHub, where you can have it display prices with fees when you pick your tickets.

Buying fees are super high, about one third the price of the ticket added on total price. This was not apparent to me when buying on the app. I could not access the Help Center by phone or by Live Chat option because it did not recognize my phone number. When I went to my profile, I did not see a place to enter a phone number. Without a phone number it recognizes, I could not be helped. Very poor set up. In sum, use Tickpick for NO buying fees and easier customer support.
