I am halfway in my trial there are a few things that need to be changed first it will not allow me to change my name and it has a lot of extra names that are not mine for some reason and second there's no way to edit the prompt for the incoming calls third the assistant interrupts whoever is leaving the message it just cuts them off 4th mostly saay reason for call is unclear Lastly it keeps wanting me to set it up again and again it should not require set up more than once.

I have no idea how it works, how much it costs, what it even does, and the first thing you're asked to do is to give it control of your phone through your mobile carrier. I really need an ai to screen my calls. Hope this helps. It shoud be noted that if you give it a 5 star review they offer 20$ so who knows what the heck it really does. I can't give a screen shot. Hope this gets to developers.

PLEASE HELP ME TO STOP CHARGES! Tell me how this app is not even installed on my phone anymore, and I've been charged 4 weeks in a row, after uninstalling? And then, I go to manage my payments and subscriptions, the app shows up there but there's no way to cancel it? Come on now. I need someone to contact me immediately and stop charging me $10 a month for an app that I'm don't even use, and app that's not even installed on my phone. This is just ridiculous.

Literally just voicemail with extra steps. I'm usually cautious of anything with"ai" in the title because that usually means they're cashing in on a buzzword and this is why. Basically no features at all, just voicemail forwarding with 4 canned responses for useless things including "what is your company called?" and no way to make your own. Waste of time, hopefully I don't get charged for this after 90 days like the other reviews seem to indicate.

is great. if it has options to forward the calls to me in emergency situations it would be 100percent.

So far so good - A few features I'd like to see: 1. Dark mode 2. Different AI voice options to select from. 3. More customizable options (like setting a delay for when the AI starts speaking...maybe an option to set it to not speak until the caller has). 4. It's not currently apparent whether the auto text confirmation feature is required when using the calendar feature or not. I'd prefer not to have texts sent on my behalf while still adding calendar reminders for me.

this app is amazing ...user friendly once the settings are set to your personal needs. very pleased with not having to turn phone on silent or do not disturb to avoid several hours of health plan span calls due to my full enrollment in both Medicare and Medicaid. Also with the sudden change in the wife's mood due to her not having to answer speak stern to the other person on line or stop and block the number just to have another one call.

Ai assistant voctiv ,great app,very helpful and adds a air of professionalism, easy to use,and totally free.

at first thought was amazing until realized that none of my calls were coming through this was hope that it was to catch and stop spam calls not all calls . also notifications I believe need to be less former and more direct and more efficient also user friendly I was all for this app but now it's been deleted off all devices

Updated Review: You can customize the outgoing message in settings. However, the actual "AI" doesn't use the custom message. It only says the generic outgoing message. The transcripts are almost perfect though. Will update Review and stars when they fix the outgoing message issue.

When I first did this for my small dog business, I was SUPER PLEASED. It made appointments. As time went on, i stopped getting appointments, and my free monthly calls ran out faster with no appointments booked. ppl would just hang up. But I deleted it after I maxed my free calls,and it wouldn't let me look at any of my free call transcripts or numbers. I had to pay to get access to what had been free and was my business info. 30 a month isn't worth it, my phone leads went down using this sadly

I was looking for a visual voicemail app and tried this. It is a paid service and does not tell you this until it sets everything up. Once I realized it was not free, I uninstalled the app but got texts this morning about missed calls that the app "managed" for me. I dont know how to stop it from "managing" my calls now.

As someone with ADHD, this has helped so much. I love how I can schedule the times I'm available, as well as not. I don't need to check voicemail anymore, the AI assistant records and transcribes the entire conversation. Some people get a kick out of it too. Definitely recommend this to anyone who prefers things to be organised, as this app will organise all your calls for you!

This app is a fantastic idea and what it has currently works extremely well. I think it needs more customization for what the ai can say/answer. It needs to be faster when telling callers to leave a voice-mail. I would really like to be able to have more options with this to be able to use it more. I am enjoying the free trial though. The experience with what the app currently can do is much more user friendly than most others

Very few settings to control it. It answers everything all the time. 2 days into the trial and I already am looking for another option. There's very little customization, uses way too much data just to open. So slow. The app I was using and trying to find a replacement for suddenly seems way better. I could type in my own questions and if handled calls better. This is just a robot with 3 options. That's it. And it answers every single call the exact same way. Asinine

Tap on contact support, type your message in, and never hear back from them. Someone calls the Ai picks up, and you schedule an appointment . Ai puts it on your calendar for the wrong day. put an appointment on your calendar but does not include the person's name or reason for the appointment. Still have a long way to go. I'm lookin for a new app now if they can't get back to me soon. Not good for my small business that I am still trying to build. Can not afford to be missing appointments.

I was super excited when I found the option to edit how the AI would greet callers! I thought it would allow me to suggest questions and ways of handing the call, such as what information to collect from people. I am so disappointed to say that it didn't seem to do.... anything. I was trying to use this AI to assist in mitigating a verbal communication disability.... but it doesn't really do that. It is better than nothing, and frankly, the pricing is not bad, but if it's not customizable...?

The app doesn't even work right. I downloaded it and went through the setup process and Everytime I press the button to have it dial the "special code" for call forwarding, it doesn't make any call and I've hit "allow Voctiv to make and manage phone calls" and tried uninstalling the app, as well as clearing cache and storage. Nothing has worked. I do not recommend downloading it. It's a waste of your time, I can assure you.

Four stars. Solid, but missing key features and customization options. For example, it should include the ability to delete or clear the inbox. There should also be an option to blacklist specific numbers from interacting with the AI assistant to reduce clutter. Additionally, it lacks essential actions such as those related to basic account management. More flexibility and control would make this a five-star experience.

been testing it for a month. I'm probably going to cancel. the AI repeats itself a lot. and sometimes doesn't schedule the appointment if it doesn't get a phone number. I'm not sure if it's even an AI. I've used AI's, and the conversations are usually very fluid and even engaging. This thing sounds like a bot and acts like one as well. I was happy at first. Yet it keeps slipping in expectations and impressions. probably go back to voicemail.
