And it’s got little ‘Moments’ you can listen to when you need a quick mental reset, plus a daily quote and some longer ‘Reflections’ lessons. Look, if you’re into meditation and personal growth, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – can be a bit serious at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking to build a consistent meditation habit.
