I downloaded the app several years ago and initially it worked fine. A few months ago the app stopped working and won’t show pictures and sound. I tried reinsalling several times. Still no improvement. Waiting for the bugs to be fixed. I am using a Motorola 2024 5G phone.
I paid for this app to have access to bird song in areas with no cell phone service but it no longer loads anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing works..there are no images nothing..it’s like this app has been shutdown or abandoned..what a shame.
When there are updates, it never updates properly. Just now I had no photos. I had to uninstall and reinstall. When it works, the information is very useful and plentiful with very helpful sorting and filtering.
This app was always a little buggy but was totally worth it during warbler season. Unfortunately, it no longer works on my Samsung S23 Ultra. Thumbnail images don’t load, and when you select a bird to look at in more detail, the app crashes entirely.

Unfortunately the app does not work properly. When selecting a bird a blank page is shown. I’m using it on an Android, perhaps it works better on an iphone. Very disappointing especially since I paid for it and there is no technical support available.
