Asks to remember you, and then doesn't so you have to go through the log in process each time. And it asks the covid questions before you can clock in, and then it asks you again before it will log you out. Seems highly redundant as you won't go from a no to a yes in an average shift. Otherwise, it opens faster than many, and seems more compatible with Samsung than the prior one the company used.

When you go to mark tasks as completed "yes" or "no", the buttons are so unsensitive and fickle. I have had to spend almost an hour just trying to completed my paperwork. It is slow at times as well, even when internet connection is good. When you put in a comment, there at times that it gets rid of the comment you just entered so when you go to click out it says you didn't leave a comment. Then, when you go back in and leave another comment, it shows both comments that were left.

I would of given a 5 but it closes and I have to re-login every time I close it for a minute. But that's for a reason and I get that. Easy to get the information I need. It doesn't log the hours correctly. I can be there the correct amount of hours and it shows o clocked out 10 minutes earlier. This app needs help. Would be helpful to show how many hours at the end of the week was worked.

Can't do anything and need to be able to clock n and have a little privacy when visiting a client. No bugs were fixed that I can tell. Need to be able to lock and unlock. 9/11/ Update: I am happy to say that 80% of the time since the update it is working great. Except when you do a comment it takes it a long time for the submit button. Or names on mileage. Otherwise I LOVE THIS APP AND HAPPY WE HAVE IT EMMENSLY!!

As a whole this app is fine. However, I often get stuck trying to sign on because it keeps trying to log on, but just goes, and goes, and goes in circles. This not only drives me crazy, but takes time and then I am late according to the other system they us as a backup. Please try to fix it. Other times it says that it cannot locate me, when signing out. I haven't moved I'm in the same place I signed on.

This is the worst app I have ever used! The time I have to spend clicking yes or no, when it doesn't register the clicks, then finally I'm at the end, yet it won't clock me out, well, that was time taken from my client, or overtime spent in my car trying to leave, and a text from the office stating I have failed to clock out! Reading the reviews, I see a lot of workers having trouble. Please fix your app!!!

This app NEEDS a MAJOR update!! I've had small issues with it in the past, but nothing that was too bothersome. After today 1-28-22, the problems are getting worse and more serious. Now my GPS isn't working in the app. Was already upset about not being able to set up my fingerprint for password, can't switch between the two different companies I work for (I have to log out and log back in). Overall just VERY FRUSTRATED, and until someone fixes the problems.

I can not login. It's been a few days now. It keeps authenticating, the longest I've waited was 10 minutes and still wasnt able to login. I need to login and mark task on the actual website. I've uninstalled and reinstalled serval times, done updates on my phone and still nothing. Before all of these issues I loved it. I have an android. Help resolve this issue!

The app is very slow to load. It also doesn't stay on once it's loaded. During inactivity it shuts down and has to be reloaded, usually when you don't have time. I've been late clocking in or out on more than one occasion because it's so slow. The time that it takes to write the notes often annoys clients. They don't like the time that it takes away from their care. It would help if we could go back in and fix our notes or complete them after clocking out.

This app. Is hard to clock into . I can be in the middle of a client's house or at there door and it does not track my location accurately. You cannot go back on the calendar and check your schedule. It does not remember your password so quickly clocking in isn't an option it nor does not let you clock in earlier there is no revisions for such... It's a gamble when using this app. Please take some time and fix multiple issues.

The ClearCareGo app is tedious to use and grossly inefficient. I'm frequently unable to log-in and clock-in (or out) requiring a phone call to the office in order to get the times correct. It often locks up requiring me to restart the device in order to continue. It "times out" a lot. There is no way for the caregiver to verify photos uploaded. If one changes employers or works for more than one company, you must use a different e-mail and log in the App for each, separately.

As an agency owner, it's been easy to roll out to Caregivers, and even Caregivers nervous about technology have been able to pick it up pretty quickly. We do receive quite a few "I can't clock out" calls (and I literally while writing this just took a call that "I can't clock in"). It's hard to troubleshoot from the office what is an app error and what might be user error, but clocking out seems to be a consistent tech issue we face. Otherwise great for shift notes, tasks, mileage and other requirements that help Caregivers communicate important details and for us as an agency to be able to review.

Incredibly slow, constantly timing out . Completely useless recording start and end time accurately. Often the clock in\out will record as late because it sits loading for so long. For the times it does work(30% of the time... And that's being generous) I have to give at least 10 min ahead to log in or update because it takes so long to log in and do the reporting. This app is not up to par with today's technology at all.

The app is alright. It doesn't allow my notes to be seen by my managers, so I use email for that option. It oftentimes doesn't recognize my password. It would be helpful to have a 'View password' option that can be used temporarily to be sure it's being entered correctly. It glitches a lot. Sometimes, it lets me clock in. Other times, I have to try 3 or 4 times, making me late.

Depends on your phone service if this app will work and continue to work. Loads slow. When you chart, you can show the next shift but no option to share important items with all shifts. Sometimes, it clocks you in late when you arrive because you have to stand in a certain part of a clients property to be picked up on location. It probably gives 1 out of 10 staff a problem, and that's not a lot, but for an app that holds so much personal information, it should strive to be 100%. Good enough.

Bugs and malfunction happens frequently. The app freezes, often won't load and needs to be closed/reopened. There are far too many separate windows that need to be clicked in order to navigate from one view to another, makes it choppy and more time consuming than necessary. Compared to the function of other apps, this one gets a "poor/fair" rating from me. And I've been using it for work, for over a year now.

for almost 3 years I have been using this service,working for my company and it has been a life saver and by saving so much time when that is in short supply at times. Finding the clients, punching in timely, showing mileage and keeping excellent track of your daily duties for each client which vary. in extremes at times, with accurate accounting for company and personal records

Lots of issues with clocking in an out, and sometimes even logging into the app. I work for both the Sun City and Surprise offices. And the same issues with both as do many of the other CarePros. Now even worse with new. I have to delete the app and reinstall it every time that I have a shift with a different agency!!!! I have better things to do with my time!!!

Terrible terrible terrible. Works 1/3 of the time, crashes constantly, does not accept my inputs on why a task was not completed. Makes what should be a 3 minute task to fill out take 15/20 minimum. I have more clients, and if I can't leave until this is filled out, I'm late. I can't fill it out through the shift as it is just the same issue the entire time, and logging in every time leads to more crashes. Please optimize this app, it makes my job exponentially more frustrating.

It's kind of frustrating to use. I can't tell you how many times there are issues with double clocking in or out. Im sure the company I work for is tired of fixing it. EDIT 9/16/25 awful. NOW Im having issues with it loading, not saving my clock in or out after shift. Issues with comments being saved. I have had to uninstall so many times and clearing the cache only helps 50% of the time. very frustrating.
