I give it a couple stars for functionality. They have it set up for ease of use. however the rewards program sucks. I'm holding on to points that I can't redeem because none of my purchases are redeemable. The redemption process is a pain in the butt. I should just be able to scan the barcode add apply rewards points to the current purchase. I just ended up deleting the app there's no reason to use it if I can't redeem the points I collect. just another app that takes up space on the cell phone.

Tried to order food on the app, got an error twice that it didn't go through. But it did go through and charged my bank for those two times. We find out after we go to the restaurant to order again. So, two orders we don't need or take, for that matter on top of our fresh drive-through order. Had to call my bank and Whataburger customer service. Money is pending.

I'm writing this while waiting in the driver through line. The updated app is horribly broken. Logging in with Google does not work, no locations are found, ordering is completely impossible. Even before this, the updated version of the app has been very unstable. If it's still like this next week, I'm going to have to tell my family that Whataburger night is no longer on the weekly menu.

Still keeping my one star. When you thought things wouldn't get worse this new app is horrible, glitchy, locks up, freezes all the time, and crashes. Even though there were several issues with the old app it ran a lot better than the new one. I have also deleted the app from my phone twice and reinstalled it with no change. New app is trash. After April 22nd update cannot choose location and app locks up when attempting to choose location

app consistently sucks. always wants me to log back in, sometimes minutes after I just did so. I also spent 10 minutes trying to order breakfast before 11am, and would click "pay", then the app would just do nothing and drop me back at my cart, and I ended up not being able to order breakfast because of it.

The app works for me, but I have to sign it every time I use it. The GPS doesn't work so it's difficult to get the right stores. All in all this app is slightly above a giant piece of trash, so I'd call it a smaller piece of trash but not smelly trash. It's like an empty Amazon box that you've got to fold up and put in the recycling bin, but it's just sitting on your floor wasting space. It's so interesting how they has a great working app and then they decide to just ruin it.

The new design looks great and no issues with points like I've been seeing. But now it constantly signs me it within one day or so of not using it and will not keep my favorite locations & meals saved. Everything else seems to be in working order for me but the constant signing out and not saving things is so frustrating. I hope this can be fixed soon

App update has been trash. I can still order food ahead of time but I have to log in every time and the search feature is now garbage. I put in the name of the exact town or tried putting in the zip code of the location I want to put in an order for and it's showing me locations 45 miles away. I can't move the map around easily either to get to the location I want. The app worked without issue for years before this.

I dont know what they are doing with this app but it never works right now! its so buggy. it freezes, glitches, crashes and looks all around horrible. its not at all user friendly. Ive now been charged for food I never got after their app said system error and I didnt even go to the store since I couldn't make an order. Yet I couldn't cancel the order that popped up after I went on my way since they dont allow you to do so in the app.

this app is terrible. it crashes all the time, especially while in checkout, and half the time it can't contact whatever servers it's run on and will claim some kind of error. it signs you out on its own and will sometimes double-purchase orders. the gui for customizing meal orders is visually pleasing, but poorly designed in terms of functionality.
