the spin the wheel to help pay for expensive washes doesn't work anymore, I would go to this car wash a lot too.

The vaccums don't work that good because they were stopped up, and no cleaning rags were out, and the wash did not clean my car.I still had bugs on my windshield and the front bumper.

Confusing! I just want to buy one wash, but couldn't make the app work. I like to try before I join any plans.

can not merge my account with the app. asked for my plate info but wouldn't accept the info. so far customer is nonexistent. I miss the days when could just talk a agent and the issue resolved in a few minutes.

The app never works. it just shows a car when dripping water on it but never loads. I use the car wash everyday but since some locations do not have plate readers I use the barcode on the app when it actually works which is next to never.

I just used the new custom interior car cleaning service at Whistle stop carwash in Dayton. These guys were great! My car has never looked better. This service is affordable, convenient and takes about ten minutes. if Whistle Stop cleans your car on the outside, let these guys make the inside look just as good!

this APP is nothing but trash. can't cancel membership, can't edit any cars in the "Garage" can't even edit the account. what a waste. Everytime going to the carwash, its broke down.

App is good, like that can earn points, but can't get into the car wash with it. So you have to for someone and then not helping you in the order arrived.

The people working there are super nice, very knowledgeable, and work their butts off to give your vehicle a glossy mirrored finish! It's worth the money!

Pros and cons. I'll start with the cons. One location in Charlotte soap and water still left on the car. Employees don't do a good job at scrubbing. The front or the back. Can't think of any pros.I'd rather pay twenty four ninety nine, and at least they actually dry your car and vacuum it for you.Anywhere else with multiple locations. Disappointing

Be wary if you're using the trial period. For no reason, they require a 7 day notice if you want to cancel it, making you pay for another month. Sales guy won't tell you this when signing up. Plus, the app doesn't have any buttons to cancel your sub. You'll have to contact customer service

windshield scanners quit working & now we are FORCED to use app to get our membership washes. app is not an intuitive app to use, confusing & not straight forward. hard to tell if I'm using my monthly membership or buying another wash outside of that. too many steps to go thru for a wash when it used to be simple to drive up, scan windshield and go .

While I enjoy the Whistle car wash experience, I have some compliments. The Whistle App, although it's great to have, does not always work. On October 5th, I transferred 400 rewards points to my wallet to receive $25 off my bill. It has not been applied towards my monthly bill yet. In the meantime, I am still racking up points. Soon, they will equal another 400 reward points, which I plan to place in my wallet to be applied to my bill. The problem is that it is not being applied.

We signed up all 3 of our vehicles & received a discount for multiple cars. But only one person can be signed in to the app. If you log out of one device to be able to log in to the other, the 1st device can't log back in for 30 days. This isn't helpful at all when you're in different places at different times & you each want to clean your cars.

Since this "new app" has come out and been forced to Re-download to even access. It has locked my cars so I can not edit anything unless I want to upgrade. Even the nice people at the car wash said they couldn't edit it. (Changed tags on the car and can not edit ) Ticket system is a waste of time also. Give the customer service people all the information and they just stopped responding. Had to make a new account to get things corrected and now the "new app" has created issues all over again

The wash is good, and I like that there is a member only lane, but sometimes, when it's busy, you wave nonmembers into the member lane, which really slows down the member lane, especially when you are trying to sell them a membership while you make members wait. I am considering stopping my membership because of this. Also, you should have a place on your app to leave customer service feedback.

The "app" has no feature that I could find that would allow a customer to render a complaint! So, you're left with doing so at the car wash! That didn't work either! 3 times I have gone to get my car washed, and people are allowed to ignore the sign, WHICH CLEARLY SAYS, "Members Only"! I've said something all 3 times and even made a suggestion! 7 cars went through this day before I was able to move while I waited for the "staff" to sign a new member up! RIDICULOUS!

The app doesn't seem to be fully compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. I get a message when I log in that "something has gone wrong. we cannot locate the nearest facility!" We finally figured out that in order for more than one person to use the account, we had to create a separate account and then link it from the master account. The Spin game is rigged. It only issues 5 points at a time.

I uninstalled the app. It wouldn't permit buying a wash as a guest, thus requiring email and phone. It also attempted many tracking requests for information, including my storage. It seems most 5 star reviews are for the wash itself, which I agree is great. The app itself (and the information it wants) and how it is now required to obtain a wash is not good.

Not very user friendly. Requires a lot of searching to find what I want. I sent an email to customer care asking how to cancel my membership. I never received a response. I finally found the option on the app and cancelled. I was still charged. I have cancelled again through the app and my account still showed active. I had to call to get my account cancelled. Awaiting response to my request for refund.
