Workit is an amazing program. There team of staff is so helpful and supportive. They truly care for you with out judgement.

absolutely amazing, I love their team and I love their approach,and they care about you and your sobriety, no matter what level or what problem you're trying to deal with they will truly try to help you they're only goal is to help us stay sober and live our lives in sobriety, I can truly say that all the other programs really didn't care or I've done plenty of them and they've all given up on me no matter what the issue they truly try to help you stay sober that is the goal 😉

tha team here is awesome tha are kind and understanding and don't judge you because like myself tha to struggled with drug and alcohol problems and no one can tell you about your problem unless tha been were you are and each one at workithealth has been were you are know and tha to share the same struggles and the path that help them to become clean and sober that makes for a warm and welcoming place to get help that you need,! thank you workithealth you saved my life.

WorkIt has totally been there for me during the hardest of times. Thay have been kind. Loving. Understanding. They are exactly what I needed to stay on track.

the therapists did a great job of keeping the meeting on track and making sure that if anyone had any questions and i felt as though all my problems were addressed and i felt as though i began to connect with a few of the patients.

I love these guys. I can be crazy mean full of emotions getting clean and they love me anyway. guiding me thru the hardest times. Oct 2025now. I've been with workit a bit over one year. I mean to tell anyone who's thinking about getting clean. this has been the way to go for me. Without workit I would not be clean right now. they have made all the difference in my life. appointments are with everyone who's trying. we literally do this TOGETHER. never alone. snaps to workit!

The app contains a ton of great info and support. cons : when trying to save appointments to my Google calendar, it won't work. When typing responses, I can't see it unless I minimize the keyboard. Just seems glitchy. but not enough to make me stop using it.

This app has changed my life for the better. I really needed the medication assisted detox program and this app made getting the help I needed swift and very easy. There are courses, group sessions and you can get prescriptions sent to your pharmacy from the tips of your fingers in the Workit Health app. I recommend this app to anyone who is ready to turn their lives around using modern technology. I love this app and the teams of people who are there to help you all the time! 💯% SATISFIED!

I would like to give a better rating I like how the app is set up and everything included in the program unfortunately there seems to be a bug or something where every other day I have to call for technical support because the app locks me out saying there is an issue with my insurance. Although my insurance is active and is accepted and has been verified back in January and re verified every cpl of days by several different representatives. Wish you could fix that it's impossible

This app was everything I could of dreamed for in a recovery app. I couldn't believe it when I started. Workit met my needs perfectly, at least until I tried rescheduling a missed appointment (missed appointment due to technical issues on their end) which has been impossible. I need to continue while I still have motivation. Please have a phone number listed or some other simple way where we can easily resolve these issues .

This is a great app! They are very quick at getting you an appointment! The drug tests are simple and easy! And they send you them! Which saves alot of money! The providers are all very helpful and kind! And they send in your script very quick after your appointment! Im definitely glad I switched to this program! I dont have to waste money on rides to my appointment every week since I dont drive. It has definitely been the best program for me!

I just started this app because I wanted to change my doctor. I have been so impressed in this small time of joining. This app is easy and the people that help you are amazing! I had a personal issue, i contacted them and I received a prompt call back on the weekend with someone who was so nice also the problem was taken care of within a few hours. But had I had the problem with my regular doctor, it would have taken days.

I've had some issues, but my experience has improved some. I liked how fast they got me in when I first applied. I had issues where they accused me of overtaking my medication when I asked for a refill over a week passed the date I was due, but once I corrected them, they sent it in. never apologized, though. I like that there's support groups. I do not like that most of the appts are group appts. sometimes you just dont want to tell your business to everyone. would &have recommended

It's a great app. Makes the experience very convenient and they have knowledgeable doctors that will help you. Wide variety of different courses, therapy groups, and other non-traditional approaches like group including you your therapist and other members. They accept Medicaid which was a struggle for me to find in an online app and no long waiting lists to get into see a doctor like traditional brick and mortar offices.

I'm totaling revising this review. My initial review was quite negative. One issue is that my coach never got back to me. Another was that I never really understood what services my subscription included. And finally, I had trouble cancelling my subscription. I hope these were just aberrations, and that these problems have been resolved.... I wanted to rewrite this review since I have been working with some different types of educational materials. I have to say that I found the Workit app to be the best of these that I've encountered, including a well-known cognitive behavioral therapy workbook. I think the Workit app is set up really well, beginning with you exploring your goals, and then describing the physiology of addiction, and then having you explore triggers and coping mechanisms, and then on from there. I think the app format is really valuable, when compared to a written workbook or even in-person conversation, because it has you think about each question and requires you to write responses. I found this valuable. There were a few things that really stuck with me, like keeping a cravings log and carrying a coping card, and I honestly hope to work more with this app moving forward.

I didn't know apps like WorkIt Health existed, I'm glad they do. I am so used to the clinical settings of MAT meds. The monthly visit to the provider, drug screens at a lab, separate individual therapy sessions with another provider, and then the group sessions at another location. Obviously, it was incredibly exhausting. I didn't realize it until I was forced to find another provider for my medication. Everything is at my fingertips with workit! The providers are fantastic!

i had a really hard time getting my account set up initially because it let me leave something blank that apparently should have been filled out, then just wouldn't let me finish setting it up or tell me what the problem was. I had to call CS and have them finish the process on their side. when using the app, the keyboard blocks the entire typing area, making it impossible to see what you're writing and hard to correct typos.
