Excellent easy to use app. It would be great if there were some tracks for Tai Chi. The yoga tracks really do not work with Tai Chi.

Not great. Always saying "mixing" and if you accidentally click out of the play list you are making and haven't downloaded it yet, you lose everything and have to start over.
Exhausting. Tried to adjust bpm's for an hour!!! Not user friendly. Not set up for laptop, so you have to buy downloads, to use on laptop, to teach exercise classes.
I thoroughly enjoy the app, I just wish there was a way to control it with my smart watch while instructing.
Does not always work. Will suddenly not allow me to make new mixes butndoesnt saynwhat is wrong. Search engine isn't great when looking for songs. It's nice to adjust speed.

I've been in the fitness industry for 30 years and was reluctant to get the YesGo app because I'm not always comfortable with new technology but this is SO easy and convenient! Good bye iTunes!!! YesGo is awesome!
I gave this app a 3 because it does what it says it does and i can find lots of great premixed playlist, however, the app crashes, A LOT. I've had the player stop playing during class, which is super embarrassing, when the phone says app isn't responding, my only choice is to close it and try to reopen it again.
the downloads sometimes dont complete. the player needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled as it stops working and sometimes in playback of a download, it will keep repeating a song even if the player indicates its not. when it works its good. needs to fix bugs.
I have been using this app for several years successfully & love it! Since switching to a newer device, it's begun crashing! This is extremely annoying while I'm teaching a Zoom class to have my music stop dead in the middle of class! The developer has reached out to me & is currently troubleshooting this problem. Fingers crossed!
Can't stop free subscription. There isn't an option to do so. When you start your trail, it says it will notify you before the month is up before payment, and it hasn't. I know I have money coming out of my bank for an app, which isn't good at all. I am going to dispute with my bank and make this company pay me back awful service.
There are no no premixes that allow for 40sec work/20sec rest circuits. You can only make your own list with 15 songs. If you accidentally hit the back button while building your own list, you lose all your work. I just switched from Spotify to this app to use while teaching and so far it is not as user friendly as I had hoped.
I cancelled my subscription and got a email confirming it was cancelled and I still got charged and they sent me a message saying I need to delete the app to cancel but it also says deleting the app won't cancel it.. I have only used the app 2 day's at the beginning of my 30 day free trial and it sucked! Songs cut off half way through.. I cancelled right after I realized it wasn't going to work for me. I'd give it zero stars if I could!
Very frustrating to use. It constantly freezes up which is not good for teaching a class. It takes multiple attempts for playlist to download. The premade playlists are handy but that's if they download and play. Switching to a more constant music source, would keep the app if it was less glitchy.
Website says 14.99 and the app is 19.99 per month. And when you finally subscribe the website takes days to recognize an active subscription. Now 5 days after renewal the app and website tell me my subscription has expired and yet the payment went through. It's just not worth the hassle in this state.
I love this app, I had trouble deleting my old playlists and I asked for help and received it within 48 hours. My only suggestion is that they don't have a timer for tabata that I am aware of. I use the tabata music but would prefer to build my own playlist and not have to use a premix
Above and beyond customer service! I had an issue with my Samsung 9S not downloading music. I called CS and talked to Jared...he was the kindest, most patient rep I have ever spoken to. There was a bug with this Samsung phone somewhere, but he and the IT staff was able to fix my problem. The app itself is easy to use and has a huge selection of music. Great app if you are an instructor.
Good value and music selection. Biggest issue is that once I create a playlist, I can NEVER delete it from the app. Even if I go to the website and delete the non-wanted playlist, it still exists on the app (un-installed, re-installed, completely different phone, clear cache/data etc... the old playlists are always there). So it is difficult to find playlists as I can neither organize, sort or hide them.
I love this app!!! Every month you get a bunch of new albums with all different styles of music for a huge variety of classes. One time I could not get an album I wanted to download and customer service was great and by the next day they emailed me to let me know the issue was resolved. So easy to adjust the BMP either faster or slower for whatever style you might need. Huge selection, easy to use, and great customer service! How could you go wrong :) LOVE LOVE LOVE
