My previous Y Rappahannock app was specific for my area. this app doesn’t show or let me do anything at my local Ys. The worst is that Y staff tell me to go sign in in the app, but I have no function to do it in this 360.

I have absolutely no complaints, and that’s good. It’s a very good place for group exercise classes, great instructors, an excellent gym, exceptional staff, and a great place to see so many people determined to feel better, in my opinion.

this app is awful. when you want to sign up for a class it doesn’t even do it in the app. it just reads you to a website. however, it doesn’t pass through your login information. you log into the app, it takes you to a website, you have to be log into the website. […]

I can’t get it to connect with Google fit or health connect. Plus no Zumba online for when I can’t get to the gym. Got health connect, got a newer phone and connected both and neither of them work. it’s so annoying that it has the option but won’t work! please fix this!!!!

The schedules are rarely accurate. Changes in availability in pools or group programs aren’t often changed in the app. Barcodes don’t always load which is needed to get into some locker rooms. Locker rooms, Facilities and the Fitness center all have different hours which aren’t clearly explained.

This app is terrible. I’m stuck with the original gym location when I registered for this app and I can’t veiw other gf schedules at other locations in the association like I could with the other app. I’ve given it some time but I find it most effective to just Google the location, view their […]

android has a disadvantage with booking racquet courts. Apple users can book courts way easier. they can sit on the screen and spam book, as android has to reload the page.

poorly designed app. Apple users get to book times a few seconds ahead of Android users. This makes booking a reservation impossible unless you are an apple user. The app is open to hacking. Making it unfair to book times.

Giving another review, because it looks like they are listening and trying. The new Holiday Hours that pops up on holidays is noticed. There seems to be something wrong with selecting my Y. I always have to change it when I go into the app. Bremerton facility isn’t updating their schedules properly and went during […]

could use some optimization. from the get-go, the authentication code boxes default to asking for alphabet characters from my Android device, instead of the numerals that compose the authenticaton sequence.

No way to track weight lifting. That feature was removed. You can not enter machine/weight/reps. It’s sad this new YMCA app does not support a feature the old one has had for years and years. You can say that your activity was “weightligting” and then enter the minutes. That’s it. So, anyone know a good […]

I wish I could give this app to zero. On top of just freezing and closing when you try and use it, when you reach out to their support team they send you a email asking questions and then never reply again. I want the old app back! This app is always been quirky but […]

Found it difficult to navigate with my android phone and don’t see any PICKLE BALL schedule listed anywhere. Even if people are not required to reserve a time for pickleball sessions, it’s nice to see the schedule listed for reference. Also, when you click on the APP, it directs you to Google Play install page […]

I love this app already, would rate it 5 stars if I could favorite videos or had the ability to queue up videos for the week easily besides hitting play on them and having them come up on “recently viewed.” Fantastic for on the go, quick workouts with minimal equipment. Lots of great options, including […]

It would be nice if we didn’t have to add additional location(s) every time we try to look at the schedule. I typically go to more than one location based on the classes I want to take. Update 11/17/2024 – Really wish we could schedule at least one week out rather than just 72 hours. […]

Wow, worst app I’ve seen in a long time. Takes so long to connect any command, it errors out. Kicked me out, and when trying to sign back in, app didn’t recognize the code I was emailed(I entered it correctly twice) then I asked for a new code, and it gave me an error message […]

The new update be like how can we possibly add more clicks to the user interface so it takes forever for them to open the check in bar code. But even more fun, how can we possibly add more clicks to sign up for classes. In summary, it doesn’t have to be that complicated. I […]

Just rejoined the Y for winter. Your app says I am not a member. I am a member. Front desk can’t get it to work. I just want to be able to see if the pool has been closed suddenly, due to chemicals being off or someone pooping in the pool before I pack, feed, […]

I would love to score it better, but I can’t. In the last month it’s gone from being a good app to being a boat anchor. It logs me out every time I close it and requires me to go through the full authentication to get back in. BUT…… To make it even worse, the […]

Doesn’t work. Doesn’t recognize members to register. Once you get that fixed it just keeps taking you in circles when you try to register for a class, if you can even get past all the virtual workout junk. (People join the Y to do something in person. The virtual stuff shouldn’t come up first). The […]
