The App does not show middle name or suffixes when adding employment/work during an application for benefits: only first and last names. If you have a JR, You'll have to guess which one is employed. I only noticed after applied because the employment verification form had my Son's name, not my husband's. Whoops. Ability to upload files directly to my file: make sure HHSC is on the phone to verify file upload. This APP has improved LOTS over the years. Thumbs up to developers, thank you!

overall it's good and has the availability to send your stuff through it instead of waiting on mail to get sent from you but the issue I have if not would get more stars is that when you go to try to put files on there like pictures a lot of times you have to keep re-signing in before it'll actually add them cuz I sent 6 files and I had to sign in again at least 15 between those!!! Really annoying but overall app is good.

Twice I have renewed only to be cancelled due to not renewing. All I can do is my part to best of my ability then it is out of my hands. I shouldn't be held accountable because your system messes up. But I am, and I am not alone. When I reapplyed I got a confirmation code those need to be given when we reapply as well!!!! Edit I have sent in a complaint and uploaded a screenshot hopefully that will help me and my son soon

Very disappointed in this app, the customer service, the entire situation. Dealing with the pandemic is not enough and to add to the service trying to get assistance from your office, saying that you did not receive paper work that was clearly in my files but my benefits were stopped due to some one not able to comprehend and or read!

Lags, camera for documents sucks, it will zoom in to the extent of only being able to see two words and disregard the rest of the document, does not update periodically, also it does not prompt the documents I have received in the website, horrible! call wait time is over two hours!! So I try my best to use the app but it sucks and it's as frustrating as the wait for the call. I am certain the government has the funds to improve the app, why don't they do it? Cheap!

This app is horrible and needs a massive overhaul, especially when everyone is so adamant that we use it instead of calling. I can't access my letters and forms, no matter how many times I try to set it up (I just get errors) and everytime I bring it up on the phone, I'm told there is nothing wrong. A chat service would be amazing for simple questions, FYI.

This app stresses me tf out. I've been trying to get into my account for weeks now. It says I'm putting in the wrong password. When I go to change the password, and after I've answered security questions and put in a new password, at the end it will say that an error has occurred. I call in and get assistance, and that does no good. They give me a temporary password to put in and told me to change it then. Nope same issue.

Pictures of forms from the app are absolutely unusable. They are zoomed in so close you can't see the rest of the form and are too large to fit in the frame and most of the form is cut off. Opted for pdf scanned forms taken from my phone to upload and I got the same repeat error over and over that they were unable to upload documents at this time, please try again later. Twenty-two failed attempts later, what's the point?

always get errors, so I know my password for sure. Everytime I log on, it says it's wrong. And I know neither my login nor my password is entered wrong but here we go again needing to change my password. And when I do that I always get there is a systems error please try again later. How much later? Next year? I've been trying for 2 weeks! And last time I got into my acct beginning of April there should have been a benefit renewal since snap expires at the end of April, nope not there.

Awful. It freezes and proves to be time consuming. There is no specifics nor details about cases. And uploading any files WILL NOT speed up the process. Pictures need to be taken and saved in your gallery prior to upload because using the "take picture" option in the app, seems to warp and distort the photos. You are better off if you use the website via internet.

Needing to upload documents.... I don't have access to a fax machine nor a vehicle to go to the health and human services office and on top of that there's no other way to send them except by mail but I don't have printed copies either. Please fix!!!! I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still would upload, it just says there is a system error try again soon...

Something is terribly wrong with both your app and your website. I was checking the website to check my balance and I got some error message. NO it's not my cell reception if all other websites I tested worked. This prompted me to download the app just this morning. GLITCHY. I just need to know what is the problem with both the site and the app. I don't wanna hear anything about "calling 211" cause that's a major hinderance. I'll only be on the phone from sunup to sundown getting a problem fix.

2 separate times, uploaded files via the app. called to verify files were received, files "never arrived". caused a cancellation of benefits due to app not working last year. I could access files on my end of the app, they never could on their end. contacting last year did nothing. was basically told " sucks to be you" and it wasn't their responsibility that the files come through. instead, if I REALLY wanted them to have the files recieved, hand deliver them. else, no guarantees.

The app will leave prompts stating there has been an error and to try again later, happens about every time I log in to complete forms or send information. There have been plenty of times when my password has not been accepted. The app will say I have letters to review then when I try to access the letters there are no letters to read. Quite confusing.

I love how I can get most of the information I need for my case. I wish we could get all the details, but still very effective app. Update:. One thing that has been causing issues is I can't add most documents and it is down more often than not on the weekends (when I have more time to complete documents submissions). I've been having to screenshot and submit. Been kind of inconvenient and not as efficient. I still stand by the fact it is effective, just been a little less user friendly

the app is wonderful to have, makes things much easier, but recently I've been having issues with the app. it has been getting stuck on the login, just completely freezes there, I can't log in at all. This has happened a handful of times, and has lasted for a week the last time. currently having the issue right now.

Still nothing is fixed. Updating my review with a lower score. You all just updated the app and the website. Both are stuck in an endless cycle of Confirm Your Identity. Enter your info and says you have an existing account, and just does it again and again. You sent the renewal letter and gave me 10 days to submit the renewal but it took 5 days for it to get to me and letter says submit paperwork by 3/21, so I lost 5 out of the 10 days. Your website and app being messed up doesn't help.

Can use some improvement. The app is decent as it's basically the same as the website. It would be great if they added a way in which to see your SNAP/CHIP card balance. It could be helpful as it won't take much time as it does to call on the phone to check the balance. Plus as now during the pandemic people buy groceries online and/or curbside pickup, it would be great to know how much there is available to use for groceries in click away on the app. 😊

This app never loads files. It always has errors. Most of the time I can't even login. Considering that your stamps could get taken away at any moment for late submissions of paperwork, you'd think that this app would function a little better. But what else can you expect when you're low income and in need of assistance. I wish they would allow you to upload pictures as proof of how poor quality this app is!

The system will never change my number or let me. It never lets me get my alerts or emails and simply says error at the top every damn time it says call 211 who is of no help either most of the time. My information is always late getting to me and you can be penalized. This app has caused me to lose my food stamps once. Fix this or get rid of it. It's also hard to navigate for people who aren't tech savvy. Horrible navigation. Too much to list here
