upgraded to insta360 X4, it worked for a day, now it won’t connect to the camera. message says “something came up, the application has cancelled the request to choose a device”. I have clients waiting to have the listings showcased. I’m really trying to play ball with Zillow, but this is trash.

please update app it only detects insta 360 X2, X3, X4 and OneRS…. it couldn’t detect my Jaya 360 X5.

The app works very well and is easy to use. I’d like to have editing tools, like blur, that are in another 3D tour app I use.

I have been waiting over 5 months for the Insta360 X5 to be supported by Zillow 3D Home. Zillow needs to do better with maintaining support for the latest 360⁰ cameras. Please roll out support for the new camera, I shouldn’t be forced to downgrade to an older model camera.
