We have had nothing but issues with the doorbell and have yet to be able to stream video from it. We get motion detection alerts only but even they work just some of the time. The doorbell is less than 20 ft from our new Asus router and the wireless signal outside by the doorbell is excellent. We have a wireless outlet switch in the same area as the doorbell and never have issues with it. I might rate the app higher if we could actually get it or the doorbell to work.

My only hope and desire is to have this system works just for one day! Even one hour! Just once! Notifications are notoriously sporadic and unreliable. The hardware is good, but the system sucks. Zmodo must be using absolute total morons as programmers... Every time there is an update the system goes berserk! I tried helping these guys by providing detailed reports of events, successes as well as failures, but to no avail. This company doesn't care about it's products, services and reputation! What a shame! I have given up hope!

I exit the app, it reloads itself. I kill the process entirely, it reloads itself again. I kill it over and over again... it still reloads. How do you get rid of this buggy thing??? Strange time-zone list, such as "The East in the US". Even when notifications are turned off, the screen still says they are on. The video appears slightly zoomed-in even when zoomed all the way out. The left and right edges are chopped off. Annoying notifications to buy more cloud space.

We have had this system for several years. They have 3 different apps zmoto, Zsight, and Meshare. All are bad. They recently updated their apps. They no longer send notifications and 2 don't even record the events. A system is more than hardware. They found a way to make bad software worse. 11/06/2021 update:. Your recent update didn't work with the pixel 4a. The menu bar at the top to select which camera and the setting icon are under the notification bar and can't be selected. Worthles

Having a security cam system is cheaper than those other home security services and will make any criminal element look elsewhere.. zmodo is an okay product the only issue I have is that ( having to pay for the security system, the hard drive, the Wi-Fi, the electricity bill ) in order for it to function is one thing but, having to pay for the "extra features" doesn't seem right because if I bought a product that has features already built in which why/what I paid for how can zmodo charge xtra4

This is a good app., but please try not to misunderstand what I'm about to say.... it is NOT very user friendly by any means. I have LITERALLY spent not just a few minutes, but HOURS trying to sync my Android device, which by the way is a ZTE Max Xl w/running version 7.1.1, 4G LTE on Sprint's network. Yeah, I'm not a happy camper right now.... I just wanted to let you know what I've experienced just SIMPLY (HA HA) syncing a VERY GOOD Android device to your app. Good day!

Greet Pro misses much detections. This app does not download clips in 1080p...it changes the format/ resolution. I received a package at my front door, and my Greet Pro didn't even captured it! I had set sensitivity to the max. Piece of junk that cost almost $200 and they wanted to charge for recording service? Don't buy! You will have nothing but trouble.

Horrible, keeps saying offline and can't find the cameras, one day works and another does not. The recordings get stuck and the worst part is the price that they want you to pay each month per camera, even if you have the system and the recorder, if you want to see it on your phone, you have to pay, the price is excessive ridiculously. No other system charges that amount.

Horrible customer service! The app does not function 90% of the time. Now it won't even let me see my cameras or my events!! When I go to see a camera or an event the whole app crashes. Happens over and over again. Then when I go to try to contact customer support it will crash, say finding an agent for ten minutes and one will never come on, or one will come on and they will just ask me about the lights on the camera and say well they are online and then we will get cut off and I can never get ahold of anyone again!!! I wish I could just return all of my products and get my money back so I can buy a system that a dually works! I bought this system for security but if you can't get access to them or they don't record anything or flat out don't even work then what is the purpose of having them !!???? Save yourself stress, time, and money and find another system. Funlux is the same company!

Worst camera system I've ever used. Least user friendly out of anything I've ever seen. If you've already purchased the product, return it. Motion notifications are good but it takes 15 or more minutes for the footage to become available rendering it useless of you actually needed it for something like a break in. I'm pretty tech savvy and it took me 2 days to sync up the camera just with the wifi in my house. Can't cancel your subscription using the app. Can't update payment using the app. 75% of the time you want to view footage it never loads or takes 5+ minutes to do so. If there was a 0 star rating I would say this has earned it.
