Been playing APEX Racer – Pixel Cars for a couple months now. It’s basically a retro-style racing game where you can build up and trick out your own pixel car. There’s a bunch of different game modes – you can race against other players, do time trials, and even join up with friends for team battles.
The core gameplay loop is really simple – you earn cash from races which you can use to buy new parts and customize your ride. There’s tons of different car models, engines, rims, paint jobs, and more to mess around with. It’s got a really cool 2.5D look that gives it a unique vibe compared to other pixel racing games.
Look, if you’re into old-school arcade racers with a modern twist, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the difficulty ramps up pretty fast and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay.
