So here's my honest take on Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles. I've tested a bunch of deckbuilding and roguelike apps, and this one's a pretty unique spin on the genre. The dual purification/corruption system is a cool concept that adds some interesting strategy. It's got a good amount of depth without being overwhelming, which I appreciate. The graphics also look great and run well on my older phone. On the downside, the progression can get grindy at higher levels and the ads can get a little annoying if you don't pay. But overall, I'd say it's a solid choice for strategy fans looking for something a little different.

Description

Been playing Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles for a couple months now. It’s basically a dice-based deckbuilding roguelike game where you try to purify the corruption in this star system. Pretty solid app if you’re into strategy games with a unique twist.

Here’s what you do: You build up your dice pool and use purification or corruption to battle enemies. There’s also a cool health bar system where your skills are tied to your health – you can take corruption to unleash powerful abilities. Took me a while to figure that part out but it’s a really neat mechanic.

Look, if you’re into games that make you think a bit, you’ll probably like Astrea. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can get grindy after a while – but overall it’s a pretty addicting experience. Worth checking out for strategy fans.
