Description
Been playing Bounty Of One: Premium for a couple months now. It’s basically a fast-paced roguelite shooter where you play as an outlaw trying to survive waves of bounty hunters. Pretty solid game if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you dash and dodge your way through procedurally generated bullet hell battles, shooting down all the bounty hunters that come at you. There’s also a character progression system where you can unlock new abilities and power-ups to help you survive longer. Took me a while to figure out the best combos.
Look, if you’re into roguelike shooters with a Wild West theme, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can get a bit grindy at higher levels – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a fun, challenging game to play on your commute or during downtime.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Bounty Of One: Premium. I've tested a bunch of roguelike shooter games and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The core gameplay loop of dashing, dodging, and blasting away bounty hunters is super addictive. And the Western setting with the stylized visuals is a nice touch. Not gonna lie though, it can get repetitive after a while and the upgrade grind gets real at higher levels. But if you're looking for a challenging, well-made shooter to sink your teeth into, this is a pretty solid option.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Tons of strategic depth with the character upgrades
- Graphics look great and run smoothly even on older phones
- Free-to-play model, don't have to spend money to enjoy it
- Endless replayability with the procedurally generated levels
Cons
- Upgrades take forever to unlock at higher difficulty levels
- Can get a bit repetitive after playing for a while
- Ads can be annoying if you don't pay for the premium version

Its baffling that only Vampire Survivors got this right. The game will punish you for progressing because it'll unlock more and more useless items that will clutter your selection. So...
Certainly a fun and satisfying game, except for one thing - the dash button doesn't work half the time. The button visually responds, but no dash. Spamming the button leads...
I absolutely love this game. I played until everything was unlocked. I would have gladly given 5 stars but I literally got up today, turned the game on, and all...
